I am always surprised by the great value and discounts offered on wine and spirits. They are expanding their craft spirits offerings. I am not a beer drinker, so cannot speak to that. They are a one stop shop for hosting or just enjoying a beverage from glasses, limes/lemons, cups, ice, etc. Cheers!

Liquor store with a great selection! They even sell THC products if you are into that. This is certainly the best liquor store in the area! This place has items you won't find at other stores. Clean well organized, and helpful staff.

Definitely the best beer and liquor selection in the area. The wine selection is... fine. I mean, I like $5 wine from Trader Joe's so what do I know?! Anyway, Top Value is a result nice store with a good collection.

I have been to this location on multiple occasions. They have a great selection and the employees are friendly. I write this review and give them a rating of 5 stars because of the great customer service I was given on a slight mistake. I purchased a 12 pack of beer that had gotten a little old and had a funny taste. Made one phone call to the manager Jason who offered to refund my money on the spot or I could come in and exchange it. I decided to exchange it. Went in explained the situation and they didn’t even ask to look at my receipt or anything because Jason had already communicated with them. They simply let me go and grab a new case and be on my way. I highly appreciate the great communication, customer service and ease of doing business. Thank you!

Huge store with massive selection of all things alcohol. Given the size of the store it was a little disappointing that less than 15% of the floor space was devoted to craft beer, BUT the place was huge so it still took a while to make my decision. Lots of options and easy to get in/out of.

Great selection of whiskey and bourbon along with a nice selection of local brews, plus it's city owned so you're money is helping the community. Pair all of that with their usually great prices and you have a wining combination!

Large liquor store with a big selection. They always seem to have lots of employees working and very little, if any waiting in line. It’s not a bargain type store, but they comparable to most.
