I have shopped here for 1 1/2 years. I have great service from the cashier and the pharmacists. The cashiers friendly and are always expected to multi-task and they are running around the store breathless doing 12 things to please their management? The pharmacy is wonderful as my family member was having side effects that were just intolerable and the pharmacist went thru all the medicines and gave us recommendations on what to do and when to call the MD. Drive thru is A+. By the way, there is NO other standalone pharmacy next door (W...green...) I think some reviews are just not true for this location. One issue I did see here was an elderly woman picked up a med and didn't check with the staff what exactly they were giving her in her bag. She took it home and saw it was wrong & was something she no longer was taking. It was expensive, was charged to her insurance and she couldn't return it, and now couldn't afford what she needed. I saw her VERY distraught. ALWAYS ASK THEM WHAT THEY ARE REFILLING & THE DOSE, THEIR COMPUTER DOESN'T REMOVE OLD SCRIPTS, OLD DOSES, ETC PERMANENTLY. But I don't see that as a 'staff' problem, it's just one more step to be sure you are getting what you want in 2018. The dredge.

I received great customer service today from Heather! I called CVS to see if they carried a certain something. Heather answered the phone, checked, and said yes, they did. When I asked what aisle it was in (so I could run in & out when I got there) she said "oh, I already brought it up to the front for you." How awesome is that? And when I got there, she actually had 2 for me to pick from. She anticipated my need and made my shopping experience that much better!

I did the CVS Curbside today and it was AWESOME! I received a text when my order was ready (just hours after submitting) and when I pulled up the CVS employee was waiting for me...without having to call or message them in anyway. Phenomenal service!!

I was forced to switch to CVS from Walgreens due to my insurance company. Ever since I changed, I have had nothing but troubles. Everywhere from not using generic to fill my prescriptions, to being out of my medication, and the pharmacy staff seeming like they don't have a clue what is going on. This last time, on Thursday 6/8, I dropped off 6 refills to be picked up the next day. I went to pick them up and they lost one of my prescriptions! WHAT? The pharmacy staff just seems clueless, you ask them a simple question like, ok when I need the other prescriptions refilled that you DIDN'T lose, all I have to do is call in, right? The 2 people behind the counter just looked at each other and said, uh yeah, yeah, just call in. Um YEAH, I feel real confident how THAT is going to go.

They don't have the same technology as Walgreens. With Walgreens, you can scan your refill on your phone and be done. With CVS, you can scan your refill but you have to input your information every time. What the hell is the point of scanning your refill if you have to type it in. There just always seems to be some sort of problem or issue every time I refill a prescription. And I'm not exaggerating. EVERY time. I've heard, oh we didn't fill that because your insurance doesn't cover it. UM, hey dumbass, I told you when I dropped off the prescription that my insurance didn't cover it. So you just let it sit, don't contact me and wait for me to come in to tell me that?

Oh and I get phone calls ALL the time from their automated system, saying I have a refill to pick up when I haven't refilled my prescription. Or, better yet, I get the same automated phone call AFTER I've already picked up my refill.

So you see, if you have a choice, I would go to Walgreens. Never have I had an issue with any refills or customer service, or the lack of knowledge from the pharmacy staff. So annoying!

CVS provides little in the way of customer service and speed but they try to make up for it with a good layout and easy to find products. I don't like having to wait for someone to come to the register to check me out.

Pharmacy hours are not as posted. They open later. Went in and spoke with a store employee who gave me excuses as to why and what I should do about it. She never offered to pass my concerns along. I will be complaining up the chain, but she should have said she would pass the concerns along.

Avoid if it all possible, go to the CVS on Rangeline if you have to go to CVS. Prescriptions are never ready, they say 30 minute wait and it is always longer, the non pharmacists give unsolicited awful criticism for scripts. Like others have said, if they don't have it they will simply ignore it and not tell you. We have had to consistently fight them just to serve us. The Kroger next door is infinitely better. How does a pharmacy have this many bad reviews?

Prescription medication was out of stock so the staff decided to just ... not fill it and not inform me it was unavailable. They sat on the prescription for hours without telling me. The doctor said I needed to start the antibiotic that day and their poor customer service almost created an issue.

I was lucky to have been able to transfer the prescription to another 24-hour pharmacy as the clock had been run down by the time I started asking questions!

Went inside to pick up a prescription for a new medication. Stood there for five minutes without anyone acknowledging while one technician rambled about some pants she ordered. Finally was acknowledged, prescription was filled quickly, but I received no pharmacy consultation for the new medication which I found strange. As I walked away, I heard someone say - “why couldn’t she have just come in through the drive through for that.” Currently researching the side effects of this drug as I am experiencing many and was not consulted. Needless to say, I will not be back.
