I’m a Dasher. Shout out to the Nightshift crew that helped me knock out a huge order right before store closing! You know who you are & and you both did a killer job!

I have read a number of bad reviews here; I disagree strongly with them. I had 4 vaccines there last year and get all my prescriptions filled there. Yes, sometimes there's a wait, but pharmacists all over are extremely busy. The staff here is always friendly, the store is immaculate. They always get my prescriptions ready quickly and their drive-thru is very convenient.

The lady manager is so kind and helpful. All of the staff are hard working and friendly. Great store !!!!

Ran into Walgreens last night to ask about COVID Booster shots and was greeted by a friendly young woman named Jessica at the register. She was super welcoming and put a smile on my face!

The pharmacist was very helpful and told me how to schedule my booster online. Easy breezy visit to Walgreens!

There is a guy who handles checkout who is the most outwardly helpful, cheerful, energetic person I have ever seen. Love that guy!

The BEST WALLGREENS in Indiana! What a helpful caring staff!.. Too many names to mention and I am Not talking about the Pharmacy!!!... I would give them a 10 if I could!!!......

I don’t use the pharmacy here so I can’t comment on that, however the staff at this Walgreens is always super nice and it’s very clean and organized. With a couple drug stores near our home, this is always my go to.

Friendly people when I have visited. It's not easy to get in and out of, but that's the nature of the surrounding roads.

Generally the store portion and its employees are great...and that part deserves kudos. However the pharmacy and its availability to answer its phones and provide timely customer service needs to be addressed.

Website for prescription refills not working. Impossible to get a pharmacy tech on the phone. Please get more help! Lack of customer service is frustrating.

Awful customer service at the Pharmacy! I witnessed first hand discrimination against my friend trying to get her script filled. My friend was just discharged from the IU Simon Cancer Center, she could hardly walk into the store. The Pharmacist refused to fill her script and would not give her an explanation why, other than stating it was her "best professional judgement". The service received from this store lacked compassion and care. I will not return to this store.

All the reviews are older, this one (late September 2023) is new. The service at this pharmacy is the worst, and getting even more disastrous. Meds needed take over a week in some cases, and the line is always long, and the pharmacist won't even stop for a minute to help when there are 7 people waiting. Spent an hour getting to the desk yesterday. Talked to management and they said "I'M SORRY", and I said that's not an answer, go fix the issue - talk to the pharmacy about their bad reviews, and tell the store to get more help and some better people (only Roger seems to care). Walgreens needs to step in at the top.
