Very clean and fully stocked. Found what I needed with ease. The only thing that made me a little upset. I grabbed something after I done made my purchase and was heading back to see if friend wanted it and she said no. So as we walking back. She was going to go out and I was going to put item back an employee stared at me the whole time. I'm not a thief and they shouldn't make it clear they are watching you to make sure you aren't stealing. That is not very nice to assume that someone is going to steal from them especially after they made a purchase.

As always Ingles delivers on customer service and a very clean store. Love Ingles and everything about it.

They have the best candy selection in town, and plus at work when was isn't ordered. We go to Ingles to get food items that we need!!

Our Ingles market in Kings Mountain is a great place to shop.

I like a clean grocery store with great employees and management. This Ingles in Earl has always been everything I've wanted in a place to spend hard earned money. The management team is just hands down the best I've ever been around. They will stop at nothing to get to know you and make sure that you have found everything you needed. 5 stars for a 10 star crew and Management team. I have been shopping at this location for a good number of years, 15+. I love the atmosphere of “my store. I always feel at home and welcome when I shop there. The store is always clean & mostly well stocked. Naturally there are very busy times when the shelves need restocking. If what you want isn’t on the shelf where you have always found it, the Manager or the other employees are at your service, just ask.

Literally the only place I shop. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Store is incredibly clean, all the time. Management is amazing as well and always takes the time to greet those that shop here. Competitive prices with a nice variety of options. They have also done an awesome job during this whole COVID debacle (🙄) to keep their shelves stocked and respect their shoppers choices when it comes to local “mandates”

I am in love with the deli and the good hot food. I love the individual fruit cups in produce. The salad bar is great and I buy my cakes from them. Best Ingles in Shelby, NC.

Jennifer made my sub a few days ago and she was so nice and sweet and went above and beyond to make sure that every detail of it was just perfect. There’s also a very sweet older lady who works in the deli (I forgot her name) who also makes it perfect every time! I was in there yesterday and, even though she hadn’t waited on me in a couple of months, she remembered every detail about how I liked my sub.

Ingles is the BEST! Always fresh produce and super friendly staff at the Kings Mountain store. They have everything..everything! If they dont have it, you tell them and it will be there next shopping visit. We told them of a wine we enjoyed and sure enough in stock the next visit. Store is always so clean. I mean, fresh flowers in the restroom? Yep. Love some Ingles!

The deli here has the BEST handmade subs and pita sandwiches . they have a decent hot bar with different chicken and sides. And a small fresh salad bar. Never seems to busy. Always clean and usually has plenty checkout lanes open. Self checkout also available.

Cashiers are always smiling & they have really honest bag guys. I have left my wallet IN the cart twice & twice it was returned untouched!
