Big Lots

Pretty good store. Depending on what you're looking for, their prices are very competitive. Most of the time the prices are drastically lower than their competitors prices. We don't come here that often, but we do come here for their deals that they have. Fairly clean store and their employees are very friendly and helpful. If you're ever in the area and are searching for something or just want to window shop, this is the place. I give it a 9/10 only because their selection isn't as wide as some places but their prices on the things they do have can't be beat.

The store was clean and free of clutter. Products are reasonably priced. Associates were friendly.

I love to shop here. You never know what you'll find or what kind of deals they'll have.

Great store very accommodate staff, even when they have a true Karen!!! The lady at check out was amazing confronted by a very unruly rude customer. He handled the situation with out missing a beat. And handled my transaction with out a single comment regarding her last desasterous customer.

Love Big Lots when all the garden items make an appearance!! Cute Easter baskets too!!

Can catch some good deals here especially if you join their free Rewards program which generates coupons to your email and sometimes on your check out. In store shopping and curbside pick up is always good. Employees are friendly and helpful, very relateable.

Great employees, didn't have what I was looking for, but that's become common with a lot of stores nowadays.

I was shopping for a friend. She had called about water on sale. The clerk had put it in a cart for. Everyone friendly &helpful. They loaded the water in her, so nice. Love BIG Lots.

Great staff. I worked there until recently. Dont agree with alot of the company standards or policys, but the store employees are rock stars. Great people to shop from. Great deals and their rewards card does help you save more money.

Big Lots sale a variety of thing's really good prices I shop there for numerous items. Phone accessories the last time. Have to go to appreciate. You will be surprised by the numerous things they sale cheaper than WalMart on many thing's.

Treva is a sweetie with a lovely smile. She got me taken care of fast and just what I needed. Come to think of it, most everyone I've dealt with there has been cordial and helpful. I'll be back.

The statesville location is always clean, well organized, friendly staff, and i cant say enough about their great seasonal items and furniture sections. Super great prices on food items that are world market type food items. The furniture section and home section offer Broyhill designs that are amazing....My favorite were the very well picked broyhill candles and decor that were very summery type to match living room, bathroom, and kitchen areas of homes in very elegant and affordable styles. The world market type foods offered, various fruit n nut mixes, soups, dried food sections, various types of cookies, cakes and such from around the world, they had great sale on huge family type bags of chips. I loved the teeshirt sale that had great trendy themed tees for men and women on sale for 6 bucks that were normally 8 bucks. I got one that said " im having a great day, dont ruin it" but they had stranger things, marlyn monroe, baby yoda, and various other themed shirts on sale, and they have this summer picnic display and items that was amazing and great prices on those items as you walk in the door on the left....go check it out!

Huge thank you to Matt at the Hwy 70 location. Great customer service skills and product knowledge. You were just doing your job the best you can and by doing that, helped my family member out tremendously.

The cashier was very nice. She greeted us as soon as we came through the door. The store was very clean. The aisles seemed wide ,nenough.
