My first time to this location. I usually go to the office in the Copacco center, but it was under renovation. I walked into the place to get a sim card transferred into a new phone. The customer service was very professional and very helpful with our needs. It took about 20 minutes to get everything done. very happy with the service.

Went in to get help with data transfers on new phones and found the Associate Manager, Eric, to be very kind, patient and generous with his time as we worked through several issues with updates/transfers. We most appreciated his knowledge and noted the care and tact with which he treats all customers. In Eric, T-Mobile has a gem of a site manager!

1st time going to this location greeted when I walked in, the store and cell phone displays were very clean and organized. The technicians were all very knowledgeable of T-Mobile's/Sprint products and services. The tech I had assisting me Justin was very patient, with me resolved my issue. I would return to this location.

I came to upgrade my phone and haris was my replacement along with his manager. They both did a spectacular job with all my questions. I went into the store because I had to buy a cheap phone, because I ordered an 11pro and it got lost in mail. To make the story short, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE starting with RUTH, caring, patient, very knowledgeable SHAWN, great attitude, funny, tries hard to help.... I came in with a small problem and Wilmary not only easily handled the problem but suggested a new phone available in a current promotion. She efficiently handled all the procedures necessary to change to the new phone and guided me through the
