AT&T Store

Great experience! Andy was very patient and informative. He answered all my questions, explained the billing for upgrading my phone. Overall great experience, I recommend anyone to come to this store, they were kind and patient, especially with someone like me that isn't very tech-savvy. 5 Stars!

First, my 97 year old dad I went to the Windsor store on Thursday. The agent was very helpful in recommending an unlock Flip phone for my dad. After we purchased the phone from Amazon, we brought the phone into the Windsor store on Sunday. I was a little skeptical since the original agent was not working. Instead, we worked with Xavier. He was most patient, kind, and helpful! He spent so much time helping my dad set up his new phone. He manually transferred his contacts and my dad told him which numbers he wanted to represent his frequently used contacts and Xavier did all of this for my dad. He even showed my dad how to use his new Flip phone. I was impressed by the quality of service Xavier provided for my father. I even offered to tip him which he emphatically refused. Xavier truly represents the best in what customer service should look like. Thank you Xavier for your help.

I worked with Andy, the manager, and I can’t speak highly enough about his professionalism, efficiency and kindness!! He was transparent when answering all my questions about my account and the cost. I highly recommend this location and working with Andy!

If your looking for a new mobile phone go see the folks at the ATT Windsor CT store. They are super. They are extremely knowledgeable and explain every feature. This ATT store gets 5 Stars from me for sure

This store is lucky to have a gem of a person and employee by the name of Xavier. I am switching my service over to another provider because I get a significant discount through my work, but if this weren’t the case I would be staying with AT&T because of the service I got from Xavier the other day. Long story short, the transfer of my service and phone didn’t go according to plan and I was about to be stuck in limbo until my phone could be unlocked to transfer over which would be anywhere between 24-48 hours. I went back to the AT&T store after my new provider told me they wouldn’t be able to get me set up, and Xavier went above and beyond to make sure that my phone service was back up and running. Even as a customer that is leaving, he still jumped through hoops to help me out and I was so grateful he was in the store that day!

I stopped in this morning needing an old phone>new phone data transfer and worked with Xavier to make that happen. He was on point with knowledge and technical acumen and made this happen for me easy breezy. If you walk into the store and see this man you are in good hands. Bravo 👏

Xavier is always a great help with all Phone, Smart Watch, and Tablet issues! He is also a HUGE help with account issues (First-Net included)! I have never experienced such exceptional customer service like this before! I highly recommend him and this store!

Went in to switch providers and upgrade my old phone, the process there couldn’t have gone easier. Sebastian was a pleasure to work with and his knowledge in all things AT & T was top notch. Would definitely recommend him and this store.

I was over due to upgrade my old dying iPhone and the associate, Wilson was The Best! I left the store with exactly what I wanted, no second guessing…. All because he was informative, relaxed and proficient at his job. Trust me, I changed my mind like three times and he kept saying it’s alright, you want to be happy with your decision. It’s very reassuring to buy a product when the seller knows what he is selling and more importantly, understands what his customers want!!!!

They have an amazing staff their. Kevin and Claudiana were so patient and kind. While i didn’t get to work with Xavier this time, I have in the past and he’s been amazing. Highly recommend !

I was looking for a new carrier but was hesitant about switching over and starting fresh. I stopped in for a quote and met Claudiana, the new store manger. She was super sweet and understanding of my hesitation about switching carriers. In no time, she was able to set me up with my new service and help me secure a great discount I didn’t know I qualified for!! Thank you again Claudiana!

I went in with the idea of getting my unlocked iPhone XR turned on with AT&T service. As I step foot through the door I’m greeted by a young man named Sam, he was wonderful in every slightest bit the transaction was quick and simple. Thank You Att Windsor I surely will be back for more business

The employees at this store are honest, straight forward and they care about your ability to use your ATT service on your phone. Once again, XAVIER helped me out. He problem solves for me and gives me advice that I trust.
I have been with ATT for over 20 years. I am telling you that when you need a phone, need help with a phone or have other questions, COME HERE.

I am more than impressed with my service at this AT&T location - especially with Emmanuel! I had a pretty complicated problem dealing with a recent hotspot I purchased and the plan that came with it, and Emmanuel had it settled in no time. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and personal. I'd recommend this place to anyone!
