I had to buy a cake for a staff member that was retiring. Jeremy who is the bakery manager at stop and shop in Windsor as always came through for us. Love the layout and I always find what I am looking for when I go to this store.

I had the best experience at this location. I placed an online order Thursday and then, of course, I forgot about it. Didn't remember until this morning. Drove to the store and called online pickup. Barbara said that unfortunately they had returned my order to the shelves, but if I could give her a couple minutes, she would fill the order and bring it out, which she did! Barbara is AMAZING!! You rarely see customer service like that anymore, but she was outstanding. Thank you!

We decided to try grocery pick up at the Stop and Shop in Windsor, CT and I will definitely be a repeat customer. Not only were they able to find everything we wanted but also chose quality produce. I love this place. It has so many good options and great produce. I get a lot of unique foods here too the other places dont seem to carry for some unknown reason. Their check outs are fast as well.

Store is stocked clean. The deli employees are very pleasant. I would recommend this location for stop and shop.

I had never been to this particular store before. It was under construction/remodeling while it is still open at night. Was there around 11pm. All the employees including the manager were so helpful. It was really heartwarming to see them going the extra mile helping shoppers during this time where they themselves are having a.more difficult time. The manager even approached me when he noticed I was having a hard time finding things and he gave me a 10 dollar gift card for the construction inconvenience. I can't tell you haw that made me feel. Just wonderful. That made a big impression on me. Thanks Stop and Shop!

The deli department before the remodel was ZERO STARS. Now its the best with happier slicers with great positive friendly attitudes! Someone is always in the meat department to answer and help. The bakery and produce are always attened to. The re organization is great and the floor does make such a welcome atmosphere. I used to avoid this store but now I can't keep away!!

Stop and Shop Windsor is clean and well-stocked. I enjoyed the fresh fruits and veggies. I typically shop in late evenings or early mornings to avoid the crowd. I have been shopping here for a few years now, and I am pleased with my experience.

I was in the store on Thursday around 5 pm. Joshua checked me out. He has excellent customer service skills. I walked out thinking how good I felt because of his pleasant thoughtful manner. Wanted someone to know.

I have shopped in this store for more than a decade. Still love it. Great produce, for the most part good prices.

Still going, prices are higher but they are everywhere. Still like their produce and healthy items.

I love their African styled foodstuffs especially the yuca

Since they've updated the store it's so fancy you already know! Easy to access and plenty of parking. They even have a wide gluten free dairy free selection!

I love shopping here for my grocery needs. It's clean I earn points towards money off of gas. Everybody is friendly. Plus they don't charge for a paper bag.

Easy_on_easy_off from exit 39 of interstate 91, 3 miles south of Bradley international airport. This is in a huge shopping center with retail stores and restaurants. This stop and shop has a pharmacy, which the local one that I go to in my town do not have. I love shopping at stop and shop; a world_class company for sure!

I was stunned by all the groceries. There were lots of groceries. All the other stores have meh groceries but this place, this is the place you go when you want the good groceries. Except the carrots. They looked gross

Nice looking store with many choices. They have good deals on the clearance shelfs in the back. Great customer service. They also have an automated warehouse which u can see thru the glass window.
