AT&T Store

Max was amazing at helping me with setting up my new phone, picking out accessories and had a great attitude the entire time. He was knowledgeable, friendly and made the experience a pleasant one. This is my 2nd visit to this particular location and both times have far exceeded my expectations for customer service.

I live in joshua and choose this store over cleburne. For the reason of the quality of customer service is so much better. Also the environment feels more relaxing and less pressured. Making this comment due to lack of employees. But MAX was on his game taking care of everyone even me. Getting my daughter and me set up with s24 ultras in both the colors we wanted. Very happy yall have max he is a very great asset to your company!

The best customer service and in ANY store experience I have had in years!! Lane and Max were the absolute best!! Fast, friendly, and exceeded all customer service expectations!! They make AT&T look good!

We came to the Wilshire store in Burleson to buy a new phone. Mr Andrews helped us. He was very friendly, helpful and answered every question we had. You need more people like him.

This place has the best employees I've ever seen and would love to use this store more often. Great service and great experience with some great employees who knows how to great and treat customers 😀 👍

The customer service we received from Ariel and the rest of the crew was above and beyond. I would recommend this store over a corporate establishment any day. The staff at this Burleson store is the model for excellent customer service.

Zeke was extremely helpful when I was buying a new phone. He showed me different choices that included the limited characteristics I told him I wanted in my new phone. He made sure that I was knowledgable of the product and cost of the devices I was considering buying. Once I knew what I wanted to buy he walked me through the process of transferring my information and data to my new phone. It all transferred too! :) He was very polite and professional the whole time. Today I came in again to give the store my old phone and Ariel assisted me with ease. She was so authentic and polite. Definitely appreciate this stores customer service.

I came in yesterday night, and there were two gentlemen there that were so helpful. I was wanting to see if I could trade in my current phone, for a new one. They took care of me, and I didn’t need to lift a finger. Usually I feel like when I go to the other Burleson location, I feel rushed or just an a bother. These two men were so nice, offered me refreshments, and kept me good company while my phone was transferring. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Thank you guys 🤍

My Hubby & I bought new phones yesterday. While we are pretty savvy for our ages, there’s still a Lot that swishes right over the noggin!! Couldn’t have been treated better!! Daniel was our helpful Sales/Tech guy. He was wonderful! He told us our options & then explained the difference in their purpose as well as their price. I never once felt I was being talked down to. When you get grey hair & you’re a woman, quite often you are talked down to or worse spoken to with this sweet voice one would use in talking to a toddler!! That can Boil my Blood!! But Daniel was nice, very courteous, and very sincere. An asset to your business & you should recognize him!!!

Jason is the absolute best! The store was closing and he had one customer and we CALLED to say we were on the way, and he said he would wait! He was incredibly friendly explained every promotion and went above and beyond what i would expect from a sales rep. He made sure we knew everything we had to know about the plan and the promtions that we chose specifically and even helped us out doing the math for the bill. If i were still a mangaer i would be MORE than happy to have him on my team. Thank you for your incredible service, we will be returning soon!

The guy wasn't very knowledgeable about the at&t active armor and he didn't guess, he did ask his colleagues if they knew about it. He figures it out and was very pleased! Most of the time if the employees don't know they will just guess to move on. Then you're having to go to another store to get your answers. I will diffently visit this store again!

I went into the store with a simple upgrade and Tony found errors in my bill and corrected them. He ended up saving me from overpaying on my next bill. Excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning to him with any future AT&T matters. Thank you Tony.

Firstly, I hate going into cell phone stores! They're the absolute worst! Its either getting constantly bombarded with some pushy sales guy or dealing with a smooth brain troglodyte! NOT THIS PLACE! I walk in and to greeted by a polite young woman (Jackie) smiling and asking how she can be of service ( I don't actually know if she was smiling since covid/masks and all but her eyes got kinda squinty so im just assuming). I told her that I needed to add another line to my account. After verifying my info and we talked about what kind of promos they offered and how I actually might be able to save money with needing a new line and bundling with some other things they had going on I settled with a device and TV as well! The entire process was quick and easy and I never felt sold to. Instead she simply asked me what issues I was having if any and how she may be able to offer a solution. No BS quick buy this yada yada...
I would recommend this location over the others I have been to in a heartbeat! Ask for Jackie if you stop by and she will hook you up!

My battery on phone was expanding and causing my phone to come apart. Aerial was the young lady behind the counter helping me. She was extremely professional and friendly. She informed my about options found me a phone and was on my way. Fast, easy and no fuss. Thank you AT&T for hiring GREAT employees.

Edgar was wonderful from the moment we walked in. He was able to help us with what we needed and at the same time was thorough in the details of the transaction. I needed additional products and was directed to someone more specialized in that area and he was great as well. I’ve always appreciated the personable service and attention to details I’ve received from the staff at this store.

On 3/3/22 I went into this store and received the best service I have ever had with AT&T. I want to thank Tony for his extraordinary service and his going the extra mile to assist with all of my questions/issues! He also took a look at my account and found a lower monthly rate for me.
