Brookshire's

Great store and company. First off we shop here for all the discounts listed online and in the paper they send out every week. We also get points per purchase to use for gas discounts. Every 100 points gets you 10 cents off gas. I think you can also get 5% off a grocery buy with 500 points but gas discount is the better bet. The store is always clean and has good products. Once the paper comes out with the discounts I would recommend going soon to stock up when you can just due to some things sell very quickly. They restock often when needed. Make sure you create a rewards system with your phone number. No credit card or anything needed. It just saves your points to use later. There is a pharmacy inside or you could use the drive thru. There’s always deals on lots of products and it changes every week. There are lots of buy one get one for a cent options. Always some soft drink and meat discounts. Also chips and frozen discounts as well. Those are the main things we get there. Big selection of candy for kids or adults. Lots of seasonal things to buy here. Employees are very helpful and friendly though we always use self checkout since they put it in and never use the people who help carry bags and load for you. If you are able enough let them save those employees for the elderly and disabled. There’s tons of parking all in front and around the side. Produce is usually very good and deli as well. There are lots of flowers to pick from and plenty of stuff outside to choose for your home as well. Recommend going here for discounts and points. Definitely a good store to shop in.

Best grocery store in East Texas. Always clean and neat. The pharmacy area has great customer service. Deli and Bakery are good. Front end cashier's need smile ☺ more and less talking to the package 📦 clerk's. Pay attention to every customer when we come through that front door 🚪

Management please read this. This my favorite Brookshire's. The staff is golden. The employees are unprecedented with excellent customer service. The management has decided to cut back on employee hours. Service now has been greatly compromised. The service desk has to work registers. I'm not an entitled person that minds bagging my groceries. As I was Saturday, I noticed all customers were bagging our own groceries. Not always, but we do now. The cashiers are hammered. There might be a bonus regarding overhead and labor costs. The manager might get a bonus. The customer is the one that pays. I am not a relative to any employee. I just know the staff at Lindale are gold. To stay slammed to save the small wage the employees get, is far from efficient. It should not be this way. "We" the customers, see this. Please go back to being Brookshire's.

Update: Not happy with the bakery today they ruined our order for our daughter. She asked for one thing and it was a two tier unicorn cake. We got called and told we can't get your cake stacked will you take it as one layer with the second layer as cupcakes? I figured sure better than nothing. However the pic is what we got with cupcakes on the side. As badly done is the cake I could have done better. It's lopsided and they covered the top messily with "mane" to obviously cover up the mess ups. No two tier cupcakes on the side. Wanted to still charge me for 40 bucks from the 60 quote. We got it for 30. Was told the decorator called in sick and the other one was off today but had another one making a 3 tier cake just fine when we picked up. Needless to say my 10 year was devastated. Not a happy momma.

I love this store they have anything and everything. The employees are super helpful and friendly and if you shop wisely they really aren't that expensive.

Great store. Not the biggest, Some fair prices, some are a bit expensive. But overall they will have what you need and with great customer service.

Guacamole is amazing I will not buy it at nowhere else it is not water down you can actually taste the avocado delicious it’s chunky, onions, tomatoes, jalapeños perfectly portion!❤ And appreciate everyone at this store y’all are amazing! Love all my deals I find here!

I love brookshires in lindale. Except for Kaylee ( probably spelled her name wrong ) She is a manager... She is rude as hell, and mouthy. There have been many complaints from many people about her and her bad attitude. She got mouthy with myself and my husband one day, and I warned her to stop before I shut her mouth for her. She does NOT need to be a member of management... She is horrible with the customers.

Stopped in after graduation for a few things. Got in and out quickly. Employee's helpful and nice. Added new self check out!
The new self check out wasn't working well at first. They cut back on regular checkers. But I think they have the ratio fixed now. Makes for speedier check out when only have a few items.

Update the self check out has taken away a lot of customer service & support. Very hard to find someone to find some to help you carry out you groceries. Been here since this Brookshires opening, and this as low of customer service I have received, and hear the same from many other customers.
Brookshires customer service continues to be EXTREMELY weak when it comes to customers service especially in helping the elderly & disabled.

Gotten much worse. Was here on opening day. I was ashamed of what I saw in the same store the day before the Super Bowl. I'm very sorry we lost that home town feeling, when every spoke to you, and all the employees were ready to help you. I saw elderly women & men trying their best to carry out their over loaded sacks & buggies out in pouring down rain. So sad to see us lose our hometown feel be lost & forgotten. We still have the chance to make it better, but it's slipping away. Let's do this right.

Called the Bakery at 1:30 pm needed a fancy triple chocolate cake by 6:30 and T.W. said no problem! He said he would make me a great cake! It was awesome! My group of friends loved it! So thankful I talked to TW!

5 Stars for the Bakery! I wish I caught her name, but the cupcake designer went above and beyond on my kids birthday cupcakes! I ordered "emoji" cupcakes and the designer hand decorated each cupcake as a different emoji! She even made a "poop" emoji, which is my daughter's favorite, but I was too embarrassed to ask! I was expecting a bunch of smiley faces all the same, but each one was different and I ordered 28! All the kids had fun picking out which emoji they wanted! Thanks a million!

As always the customer is taken care of. I miss the 24 k-cups for 9.99 though.

First time at this store. Greeted at front, employee took me to dept I needed

I went in on 12/31/22 and a young lady by the name of Alyssa checked me out. Now the gentleman in front of me had her remove then add back a item ( key holder walks away) she continued to check him out he then wanted 2 more items removed again key holder comes back she never loses her smile. Then me not aware that I could only get 500.00 of gift cards in a lane she again calls a key holder (different one shows up) to over ride (it was 50.00 over) I say thank you sir I appreciate it he said yes not that I mind but I do want to keep my job next time go to the cashiers cage quite rudely he was also rude to Alyssa. Well all the while Alyssa was very kind as I apologize for getting her into trouble. Because of her I will still give 5 stars !

I really really love the services everyone will receive when shopping at this brookshires. There are too many things to list but often I ask for salmon in ten ounce portions and they take care of it quickly and don't even change the price by volume for a custom order. Everyone there is extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. I normally hate grocery shopping . . . But, not at this Brookshire's:)
