We went in for some things and needed parts changed and got Greg as our helper. What we needed done was going to cost around 700 at the dealership or mechanic and Greg using his knowledge got us the parts which were worth 250.00 and didn’t have to fix or help in that area but was very nice and awesome and did it for us because we had no idea what to do. He went ABOVE and BEYOND!!! He saved us tons of money and with his knowledge and him doing what he didn’t have to do was so worth it and amazing! He was very respectful and told us what could happen but we asked him to do it and he was perfect. They are lucky to have him and I would recommend asking him for advice if you need help. Thanks Greg!!

This is the best O’Reillys I’ve been to. Lane was super helpful. They got my problems off and I was in and out in no time. I will definitely make the drive to keep coming here.

On my way home, I started having issues with my battery. So I stopped by the nearest O’Riley’s. George and Daniel were great. Daniel thoroughly explained my issues. George grabbed me a new battery. They were courteous and friendly. Thanks again.

My name is Tina & I went to O'Reilly on Friday, 12/29/2017 to get some help regarding my instrument panel lights - they went off! The 2 gentlemen were so helpful & helped me resolve the problem. I have been & will continue to be an O'Reilly customer. Hope to see these guys again!!

I accidentally swapped the leads while jumping my wife's vehicle. This caused some issues and put the vehicle in "limp" mode causing the vehicle to not be able to accelerate. I putted the car very slowly to autozone so they could run the diagnostic test and see if it could be repaired by replacing blown fuses or resetting. They didn't offer any help and said I would have to tow to the dealer. I wasn't convinced so I immediately called oreiley's and the manager Ken said come on over and he would run diagnostics and troubleshoot. After approximately 10 minutes he determined it was a 10 amp fuse, replaced it and had the vehicle back on the road. All of this costing myself about $3.50. I may not have dropped much cash today, but I promise after that experience of saving me hundreds in towing fees, I will not be going back to autozone. Oreiley's in Lindale, you have yourself a customer for life after that experience. Thank you!

Everyone here has always been super helpful. From Dodge pickups to Mini Coopers to 1970s tractors they have always been able to get what I need.

It's a toss up between them, and AutoZone across the street.
Both have pretty good staff. I think I prefer O'Reilly's though. I think they have a better points system. The 1980s called, and said they wanted their printers back.

The 2 gentleman that helped me were knowledgeable and helpful. My rear blinker bulb was out. The switched out the bulb for me. That's my 1st choice auto store I go to.
