Wonderful place. Had to take a family members dog because of illness and he had to be put down because of the seriousness of it so not a great day. This place was amazing. The entire staff were all great and very pleasant in the way they told us what had to be done. I had never been here before but I would definitely recommend this place if someone asked about the animal hospital. Thank y’all for the comfort from today!!

We are traveling and our dog suddenly became listless and stopped eating. We took her to Dr. Koten and found that she was diabetic. The staff worked with us to fit our pup into the schedule and the doctor was thorough and after tests informed us of the situation. We extended our stay and the doctor and staff treated our pup for two days to regulate her insulin. When we picked her up she was her old self! She was even asking for her dinner! So thankful for such a great doctor, staff, and establishment.

Staff was simply wonderful. Our pet potbelly pig needed emergency treatment, they worked him in ASAP, and they were very professional but compassionate, and we are in their debt for their service. Thank you!

Absolutely loved this vet and staff! They helped me through alot of scenarios and really loved on my dog when she was there for visits and boarding. Highly recommend!!

Our 2 doxies have been cared for by Dr Kotton. For 8 yrs. He takes great care of our boys. We like the staff too. We do miss Marcie tho.

They did a great job grooming our 12 year old dog. They are very careful with an older animal and gave him an excellent haircut.

Today we had an emergency with our English Bulldog Bruno Dr.Koten and his staff got us right in and tended to his needs immediately.
We started seeing Dr.Koten and his staff with our Boxer Romy after Dr.Cannon retired. We will never use another Veterinarian as long as he is in business.

Dr. Koten and his amazing staff have taken care of my dogs since they opened their doors. He has shown how much he cares at every visit and with every procedure and surgery. He has saved my dogs' lives on several occasions, when other Vets didn't even want to try. He is knowledgable and his advice has always been spot on!

We travel so don't have a steady Vet for the puppers. We got our 1 dog in same day, scheduled for dental surgery the next day, also appt for other dog at drop off, and they even squeezed her in for a dental as well! Great staff, can't say enough great things about these folks! Reasonable fees, spotless facility, as well as great follow up care!

This pet hospital works with several rescues to help the many fosters to be able to get the care that is needed. I have added a picture of the most recent transport of rescue dogs we loaded at this location. 24 total headed up north to new homes.

A few years ago we brought our dog here right before Christmas and he was diagnosed with bladder stones and he was very sick and needed an operation immediately. We honestly didn't think he would make it but we went through the surgery anyway and he made it through it. It was a miracle because he was really old but since that surgery we were able to have him a couple more years and we are very thankful that we stopped by during our cross-country trip. We are so very thankful and we highly recommend this veterinarian.

I took my Bella there for her yearly check up and shots. They did great with her. She is now up to date and also had her ears cleaned and nails clipped. I feel they were good with her. Very caring. We will return whenever she needs care.

Took our 15 year old dog in this morning because he had become real lethargic, wouldn't eat or drink. Started suddenly and was afraid of the worse, because of his age. We took him this morning at opening hoping he could work him in. Better than just working us in the doctors staff took us straight back, and the doctor come immediately in. Turns out our Einstein has an ulcer in his eye & is anemic. The pain from his eye was causing the acute symptoms. Dr. Koten & his staff were the true idea of a caring professional service. I would recommend them to anyone and those who are not happy with their present Vet, should give Dr. Koten & staff a try.

Started our n÷w journey with our new pup Eclipse. We lost our dear Einstein in October and Dr. Koten & staff were great taking us through a extremely hard time. He crossed over the rainbow bridge on October 12, 2023. Dr Koten was very caring & understanding. So we decided to start our new journey with Eclipse & he was extremely helpful as always. Please give him & his staff a chance, I strongly believe you would be impressed.

Dr. Koten is so knowledgeable and his team is caring for our animals. They are excellent with working with your registered goats.

The vet was absolutely amazing. The staff was friendly and informative, they really care about the pets. The best thing for me though was how loving the vet was to my puppy Phoebe! He was very attentive, answered all my questions, and was very empathetic of my concerns with my puppy.My girl didn’t even want to leave! I honestly don’t understand how there could be negative reviews! Absolutely don’t listen to the bad ones, they are invalid and this Vet does not deserve them! 10/10 will recommend this place to everyone!

Today I took our new puppy in and it was a great experience from the very beginning. Our pup is very anxious and they made sure to give her extra love while getting examined and getting her shots. They answered every question I had! I cannot recommend enough!

Lindale Pet Hospital is the best vet in East Texas I've come across. Not only are they affordable, but every person on their staff sincerely cares about every creature that walks through their front doors. When other vets demanded thousands of dollars before even checking out my dying kitten, Dr. Koten and his crew saved her life first, and worked with me on the finances secondly. This place will be my go-to vet for the foreseeable future!

We love Dr Koten and his awesome staff! He's great and they are wonderful with our pets! We wouldn't change vets for anything! We will always recommend them cause they ALL always do their best! Thanks Dr Koten and staff!!!
