Hampton Inn Lindale/Tyler Area

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was awesome. Lots of variety. We would most return.

The rooms were clean, but the bathroom was the cleanest I have ever seen at a hotel. The breakfast was wonderful.. and the staff was very friendly and sweet. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely stay every time we pass through! Thank you!

This is a wonderful hotel My family and I and our dog stayed here when a violent, damaging storm displaced us out of our home for a few days. The staff and front desk were helpful and friendly and actually went out of their way to help. I recommended the hotel to my elderly parents who were also displaced by the storm, and the staff took exceptional care of them which I really appreciated.

The rooms are nice. Everything was in good condition. The breakfast was great. The coffee was strong. And again—the staff was exceptional. Five stars.

The hotel is right off the highway and near to many stores—Walmart, Sonic, McDonalds, Starbucks, Chickfila, Chilis, iHop, Posados just to name a few.

The rooms are very clean and seem recently updated because they look new without wear and tear. They are spacious with a lot of walking space. The bathrooms are larger with a lot of sink space, walking room, and a large shower.

There are the basic amenities such as a pool, workout room, computer office area, drink and snack vending.

The hot breakfast served in the morning had many options from sausage, eggs, biscuits, to oatmeal, fruit, bagels, and waffles. Juices, coffees, milk, and hot water were available for drinks. Plenty of eating room with comfy booths.

When I asked for new makeup wipes, toilet paper, and towel refresh, it was delivered promptly to my room by a friendly employee. I received two rolls, several towels and several wipes. I was impressed by the service!

Overall, I would rate this small town hotel the highest of stars. I cannot find anything to complain about.

It was a great time they took care of me and all my church youth with kindness and love. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms where nice and clean when we left and came back. A good time in a good place

I'm a bus driver, dropped big group of youth people. You know how they can be noise and annoying 😉 but staff is putting up with them, more they are weary friendly and welcomed! Have to mention the breakfast, it's so yummy 🤤 huge variety ☝ and plenty of food. Look forward to come back and stay with them again! The whole staff was so polite and very accommodating. The breakfast was great and the same person that fixed the breakfast was there all the days I was and super friendly to not just me but all guest . The last day I stayed there. I had just injured my back while shopping. I was hurting pretty bad, not being able to lift my bags. The young gentleman checked me in came out with a cart got my luggage and even delivered it to my room. Thank you to all who made my visit great.

Angela at the front desk was totally awesome leading up to & during our 2 night stay. She was so pleasant, super helpful & professional, went above & beyond to make our stay there with my 95 year old mom as pleasant & stress-free as possible for my mom as well as us while we were there for our son’s wedding!. In my travels, I’ve never experienced any staff at hotels as genuinely caring or providing such great customer care! Hope the management recognizes the jewel they have in this lady & gives her kudos AND a raise!
The other front desk staff with her on 4/22 was also helpful when my son’s dog needed help. Other staff were friendly.
Hotel was clean & beds comfortable. Place was well-run. I highly recommend, Especially as long as Angela is there!!! 😊

Breakfast is wonderful..lm talking about a BIG breakfast everyday...This hotel is clean and I have stayed in many through the years and yet this has been the best stay by far.. Oh, and did I mention they allow your fur babies to stay with you!

Lately, hotels we've stayed in have been gross! This place however was EXCELLENT! The room was actually clean! The breakfast area had so many options and the employee working the kitchen kept it very clean and was super attentive to her area. I will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here on a work trip in November. I confused the location for the other Hampton Inn on the other side of Tyler, but I'm really glad it worked out the way it did. Ladies at the front desk were EXTREMELY pleasant, and very customer service oriented. I had no issues with the room, it was super clean, and stocked full of towels, etc. The hotel was amazing, and I will be staying here again. It is a bit far from my office location, but with the exceptional service I received here, it was well worth it. Thank you team!

My bf and I had to stay at the Hampton for about 5 nights due to our truck breaking down. The staff was awesome. Lana, Angela, and the manager Chris were a very big help to us from extending our check out times everyday (because of dealing with our company) to keeping and actually lowering our rates a little. The rooms are also very clean and although this was an unexpected stay they made it a very pleasant one. If we're ever in the area this is definitely the hotel we'll be staying at.

I'm the CEO and founder of a growing lumber supply company and spend a great amount of time on the road.
I walked in dog tired around midnight. The lady working the desk, Cassie, seen to it I got the most convenient room possible, made the check in prompt, had the front fresh and her great attitude set the tone for a restful night. Any time I frequent the area I will be sure to stop here. The rooms are also amazing! Everything was in it's place, clean, quiet. What else can I say... This crew is a great representation of what I'm sure Hampton wants. Good job, y'all!
