Had an issue with a jacket. BDS responded quickly with two options for me. Ended up returning the jacket for a new one. Great communication throughout the process. The wader pants I received are also superb. Definitely will be ordering another pair. Also their hats are second to none great quality.

I love this shop. They have top quality clothing. My boys have shirts that have been well used and still look like new.

These guys manufacture fantastic clothing and stock lots of hunting gear in the vein of field and duck hunting. The atmosphere inside the shop is classic historic hunting feel, like the early Abercrombie & Fitch outfitters. Many men’s grooming care products, fragrances, and hunting accessories are available. Quality of clothing and accessories have been outstanding! The hats are some of the best out there and fit great. I love how soft the shirts are! And the waders have been nothing but great! Customer service is always on point and some of my orders have even shipped same day!! I will continue to be a repeat customer!!

I had an issue with the hat that i bought. It came apart at the stitching after wearing it a few times. i emailed the team at Back Down South and they were more than accommodating. every time i emailed them about my issue they were polite and helpful, that really went a long way for me. I asked if i could get a replacement or i could get the current hat i have repaired. They ended up sending me out a brand-new hat no fuss about it. Definitely will buy more clothes from them just on the customer service alone. Thanks for all your help in resolving my issue i really do appreciate all the help

Ordered a few Christmas items and needed to return a sweatshirt for a different size. The communication was quick and easy during the return process and within days, I received the replacement. Very high quality!! Will order from them again

Honestly I’m just here to talk about what a fantastic job someone did on the interior design of this place!!!
I did walk around and look at the merchandise, which, they have a nice selection of unique clothing pieces that I would buy, but I was just window shopping today.
The reason I came here to write a review was just to brag on their masterful work creating an atmospheric experience, visually speaking, with the interior of their store.
And I mean, let’s be honest.
Any store that puts a comfortable couch out for you to rest your weary feet after hours of following your wife around shopping?

Walked in the store and the layout is very fancy. Everybody was nice & the dog was friendly as well. Got a couple hats and shirts. Best fitted and best quality shirts in the ole dirty dale.
