Best customer experience at CVS I’ve ever had, hands down! The lady manager took my passport photo, printed it, and it was ready within minutes. She was very kind and polite. This moment made my day a lot better!

I made a vaccination appointment online. The instructions for checking in were clear and helpful. The staff was super polite, and the pharmacist who administered my shots was quick and professional. 👍

Went in for a COVID test and to pick up a prescription. Was in and out faster than expected. Staff was kind, answered all my questions quickly and professionally. Inside the store was cleaner then other CVS’s I’ve been to.

Ahmed the best pharmacist at here. I was concerned about a certain medication I was taking, and he gave me a long and in depth consultation! I felt very cared for here, and he made sure I left feeling educated

I was recently transferred to CVS from Natomas Pharmacy when they merged. I have been to CVS several times in the past for a friend. This pharmacy isn't perfect in their performance, but the staff do try hard and make an extra effort to help. I am always impressed by the friendly attitude of the staff, some of them even remember me. Of course, reaching any business by phone is a challenge due to automated operator systems, and CVS is no different in this way, but once I do reach a live staff member I am almost always happy with the outcome.

Not usually crowded but it's a good place to pick up your prescriptions or drive through.

This is a great store with a great staff. It gets a bad rap because the snotty people of north Natomas aren’t patient enough to wait their turns
