The once cluttered space now boasts a well-organized layout, especially with those Pinterest-worthy seasonal displays up front. Sephora adds a touch of mall glamour with its shelves teeming with top-notch products. The overall cleanliness of the store has significantly improved over the years.

Returning Amazon products is now a hassle-free affair, and the added perk of a discount at Kohl's is a smart move. But the real game-changer? The stellar customer service upgrade! I used to be an infrequent Kohl's shopper, but with this new look and exceptional service, I'll be making more trips. Thanks for transforming my Kohl's experience into something truly fantastic!

Love the Kohls store in Natomas. The Sephora store is just a great addition to this location. Jose knows a lot about different lines of makeup and perfumes and he was able to properly guide me with my purchases. I absolutely love every item I bought. I plan to return this coming weekend to get some gifts for the family.

Stopped to get so of their fabulous rolls and the Chinese take-out had just made Oange Chicken. So I bought the #3combo with fried rice, chow main and double orange chicken. It was so yummy

There is now a separate area for Amazon returns that is more spacious. It had been near the customer service counter and restrooms. In a different corner of the store it seems much more efficient for the customer and the employee. It offered very quick service for my returns. The 20% off bonus coupon available for one week is a great incentive.

Staff helped me with purchase. Also helped carry purchase to car since item too heavy for me to carry.

My granddaughter needed a new pair of sneakers. We ran over during my lunch break. We were able to quickly find a pair she loved!! Went to cashier only to be greeted with a nice discount!! Couldn't beat that.

We came to the store to get bathroom accessories, and to return some items. Of course I picked up some new items. Our transactions needed to be processed with their customer service dept. Angel, the store associate who assisted us was so attentive, very knowledgeable very helpful, very pleasant which made the transactions fast and easy. Great professional customer service!! 👍

Had to do an Amazon return. Was very quick to get in and out the door. I have to say that Kohl's is located in the worst place behind the whole complex of buildings. Seemed like a ghost town.
