Did not know this was here, after my visit I purchased several items and am very pleased with my new hardware store. Highly recommend.

They just became my bbq headquarters. They have rubs, bbq sauces and brines that I see people using online that I can't find in other places. I bought Meat church rub, Traeger rub and bone sucking bbq rub. For all you pitmasters that follow stuff on YouTube this is the place to try.

Picked up an order and they were very nice and remembered my name.

They were very helpful, opened up early to make a key for me! Very grateful as I was in a jam and needed to make a key for my coworkers office.

John was a really nice person and even held the item I called in about for me. He even took the time to show me some of the griddles and I almost walked out with one. I didn't want to make a rash decision so I didn't go through with it. I wish I lived in town because he'd have more of my regular business.

Store is very clean and well organized. Staff was very welcoming upon entering the store and very attentive to me and my home needs.

These guys are the best! There is always someone to help and answer any questions. You can get 1 screw or a BBQ...and anything else you could possibly need from a hardware store. Well worth the trip!!

I went there to buy a base for my sun umbrella, and the people there are so lovely and kind. They helped me right away. I felt so welcomed. I think this will become my fav place, way better than other competitors in my opinion: I believe the human value in stores is the key.

This hardware store is just what Natomas needed. The store has the feel of a small-town mom-and-pop hardware store, but with prices that reflect the discounts afforded to the larger chain stores. I recently purchased a lawn mower. The first thing that happened was the great deal I got on it. It was much cheaper than what Home Depot was offering. Unfortunately it was defective. The owner John provided a refund with no hassle whatsoever. You can be confident if you purchase something there, he will stand behind it. If you need help finding something, help is literally always just a few steps away. All of the staff are enthusiastic and cheerful to deal with. PS if you're looking for a great deal on Roundup, check out the active ingredients on the Ace brand of concentrated weed killer. It is the same as Roundup, but in a slightly less percentage. At a quarter the cost you can afford to add a bit more to make up and still be way ahead

Bought a grill that wouldn't fit into my car. One of the employees used his personal truck to deliver to my house. When I tried to tip him he refused, saying he was glad to help. Great customer service.

Been here probably a dozen or so times now. Nice, helpful people - just like you would expect from an Ace Hardware. Great to have them in the neighborhood as an alternative to the massive orange place down the street. If Ace has it, do yourself a favor and buy it from them instead of the other guys, it will be less hassle and you'll get friendlier service.

Best customer service ever!!!!! Worth a couple of extra cents to avoid a dreaded trip to Home Depot. If you're deep in a project and forget something after shopping there, they'll even arrange delivery to you. AMAZING!!
