Sometimes this location gets really busy but it seems like they anticipate it and have enough staff to quickly help everyone.

Honestly this is the best ups store or pretty much any mail store I have ever been to! Everyone is super helpful and nice!

Abagail to the rescue! Overheated senior citizen having difficulty in an AMAZON return. She had me sit down while this old fella having a bit dizzines and confusion. Abail to the rescue. This is one of the nicest ups stores that I have run across. They treat you like a person not someone to make money off of. Everything that I have needed help with, forms, etc… they always make the time to help. Great job guys!! Keep up the good work. See you all soon.

I have been a customer here for over 20 years, They are a great resource for all my needs whether its receiving mail, notary or shipping they are great! Location is great! And Starbucks is next door so getting coffee and checking mail are a real convenience. Highly recommend!

I have been a regular weekly customer of this UPS Store for over 10 years and have always received excellent service! The owner, Leslie is extremely nice and helpful with any requests. I would highly recommend this UPS store to small business owners like myself, as well as to regular retail customers.

I love coming to this UPS store everyone is so friendly. Heather, the manager is awesome she helps me out with any questions about sending or returning mail as well as processing my transactions. she always takes care of me and everyone else is great too.

The UPS Store team at the Platt location is the BEST! They are so hard working, friendly and very accommodating. I have a mailbox there and I've used their shipping and notary services. Always service with a smile. So grateful for their dedication and impeccable customer service.

I have been to many UPS stores all over our county, but none are as kind and helpful as 6520 Platt. If you ever want to know how hard these individuals work, just stand in line and witness mattress sized boxes and awkwardly shaped items being brought to the counter. The customer service is top notch and the staff treat regulars like family, which is why I go back time and time again. I like that they store your addresses in your file for ease of use and they offer a AAA discount if you're a member. When you know better, you do better and that means I now skip the post office.

I always get excellent service at this UPS Store. Whether I am shipping a package in the state or worldwide they really help me find the best cost options and of equal importance they really help with all the paperwork. In my case, they are really patient (as I am severely hearing impaired) and I would not go anywhere else for my shipping needs. They also have great business services such as copying and shredding. They also have a great selection of packaging and on site mailboxes.

This is just about the most professional, friendly, expedient and efficient place I have ever been to. I have been using their services for over six years. As a Designer and an Artist, I have a continuous need of printing. I have visited a lot of UPS places in the past - not any more. The customer service in the other UPS places cannot be placed in the same category as the Platt location. The staff is knowledgeable . They will go out of their way to help! The manager/owner Leslie - works as hard as all the staff. I was able to print numerous Art calendars , business cards, postcards for me and for clients. And not to mention the hundreds of pages of legal paperwork , needed for a civil litigation. This is the only place I go to. Furthermore - with the help of Leslie - I was able to print entire art book on high quality specialty paper in a limited edition - it came out excellent . I am deeply grateful to Leslie, Heather, Taylor and all the staff for the incredible kindness and professionalism.

I have been using the UPS store at Platt Village for close to 8 years and I cannot say enough about their professionalism and cheerful attitudes. Leslie, Heather and the rest of the staff make me feel welcome each time I walk in the door. As for their services, they have assisted me with shipping, receiving and notary services and I have never been dissatisfied. If I could give them six stars, I would but your scale only allows for five.

Every time I have needed to go to this UPS store I have had stellar customer service. I feel like they go out of their way to help everyone, and they are all SO nice. I had to go to the FedEx store today (I couldn't do what I needed to do at UPS) and they are just NOT nice. I appreciate everyone at my neighborhood UPS and thank them for all they do everyday!

The UPS STORE on Platt in West Hills is amazing. The staff is very experienced, knowledgeable and courteous.
I had some very important documents that required special handling and notary services.
The rates are extremely competitive be and it saved me time going through the local Post Office.
I highly recommend the UPS Store on the Pavilions Shopping Center in West Hills.

Even though I had to wait for my delivery due to the holidays, the young man from UPS store was so pleasant, professional. I wish I had asked his name but I didn’t. He acted like he was grateful to be working and enjoyed delivering to people’s homes or businesses.

All the dude and dudettes in here are 100% the best employees I’ve come across in at least 10 years . The owner / manager has great taste because she hires only the best . Not a day goes by that they don’t greet me right when I walk in . Love that small town feel . Happy new year guys !

The staff there is great. I was doing Amazon FBM for a while and these guys made it so easy for me. Also, the notary girl is amazing. She is quick and handles it like a pro. The service is always quick and they are super organized.

Great mail service. Fantastic staff and notaries! My work requires daily notaries, and they are always fast, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. There is virtually no wait time in line usually, and I would know since I am there very often! Thanks Leslie and team!

We have used this UPS store for years and years! They are always stocked with what we need and their services are excellent. They can ship ANYTHING! My sister in law was visiting from New Jersey and fell in love with an antique chest here in California! She bought it and then said, “Uh-oh...How am I going to get this home?!”
One trip to our favorite UPS store and off it went! She flew home and a day or two later, her precious purchase was delivered to her front porch in perfect condition after a 3000 mile journey across the states. It had been packed at our UPS shop and they did an excellent job!
