Wireless Store

Entire staff was very helpful and very professional! I’m not tech savvy and they were so helpful and didn’t make me feel like a phone idiot! I HIGHLY recommend this store and give major kudos to Verizon for allowing this great team to represent them. I was warned years ago not to use this store but let me tell you they have wiped out all the bad and have added #1 representatives of Verizon. I HIGHLY recommended this store!!!!!! Thank you for all you did to make my transition to a more updated phone such an easy transition.

Just received my Google pixel fro. Deandre and had a wonderful experience he mad sure I had all of my stuff transferred in no time and made sure I knew how to understand my new phone. I will definitely be back .

Great Customer Service .All the employees were very knowledgeable and helpful..
They took time to set up our devices and transfer our information.
They went over our bill and cost line by line with us as well ..

Just left this store and demanded and Travis helped me get all of my pictures and contacts back even on my son's phone that was broken absolutely love this store.

Came in here with my phone I bought at best buy and needed help understanding it.Travis here helped me get it all set up and showed me how to use it I really appreciated this.

BEWARE This is a third party retailer, NOT a Verizon Wireless store. They lied about pricing, lied about the return policy and were completely disrespectful when confronted with the errors. Almost 3 months later and we still have not gotten our account settled. Ironically every trip to the store included other customers complaining about errors to their account. My husband spent several hours trying to get our money back and get the account corrected. Verizon still has my phone as unable to receive an upgrade. I would AVOID this store at all costs.

My parents went to get my dads sim card transferred to his new phone. He was going from an S4 to an S6, first of all the gentleman in the store questioned them about where they got the phones from, and that if it were locked he couldn't do anything about it. I purchased this phone online specifically with a Verizon plan, so I knew for a fact it wasn't locked. The sales rep also told them once he deactivated my dads S4 that we wouldn't be able to do anything with it, but FAILED to assist or even tell him about the Samsung Switch app to transfer his data to his new phone, so he had to do it by hand.

I have went to this location 4 different times. Never the same employees, always hiring and 3/4 of the time not greeted. I really regret leaving AT&T!!!

Don’t waste your time. Always closed, doesn’t carry any good inventory.
