Filippo's Pizza and Pasta

Haven't been in years, still blew me away. We had amazing service, very attentive, watched our drink level lol. She knew the food, had good recommendations, I had the Stromboli, they had either spicy chicken or BBQ chicken, told her to surprise me, spicy was really good! Tried my mom's pizza, oh man that was good. Highly recommended this place, and I think they make the pasta from scratch! Just make sure to bring cash, they don't take debit or credit cards.

Been a while since our last visit. With covid, short help. We was so happy to get back here. Really missed the Greek salad and the awesome pizza. And my ultimate favorite the Tiramisu.. love it being served on a hot plate while frozen. Awesome .

Arguably the best pizza around. Other dishes are good as well. Better than Monical's and more bang for your buck.

The tall pizza maker guy saved my life. His pizza made me reconsider who I am as individual. Never before have I been so taken back by the amount epiphanies I had the first time I ate it. After my family died in a horrible school bus accident, all I had was pizza and Sprinkle (my chipmunk). I was at my breaking point on my last semester of law school when I ate that pizza. I want to be botanist one day (I name my plants after my dead family members, even though Sprinkle eats the pedals sometimes). My life is so much better now being a botanist, something that wouldn't have happened had it not been for that delicious pizza and the feasible weight it had over my life as a whole. Our well kept, bearded, shiny headed waiter also surprised me with his immaculate service skills and good personality. Overall, one of the best experiences I have had with food. Best pizza in town! Great pizza and food! It is cash and check only so don't forget to bring some money or your checkbook. Been eating here since i was just a little guy. Get one of their salads and try the half hawaiian half sausage pepperoni 14' pizza! You'll love it.

everything tasted wonderful and the prices were very reasonable. the cheese garlic bread has great flavor without being greasy. The red sauce has a nice balance of tomato acidity and sweetness. we highly recommend. just know it is cash only ***NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED**

First time visit and will definitely return! Our waitress was friendly and checked on us several times through our visit. Everyone on wait staff seemed friendly as well. Smaller cozy restaurant with great pizza and breadsticks!

There is no better pizza, salad, or pasta in the area than Filippos. EVERYTHING there is made from scratch, and the homey Italian atmosphere is wonderful. The warm smell hits you just as you open the door, and from that point on, you are in little Italy. It's amazing!!

Love the Pizza here and the Pasta is amazing as well. The service is great. The dough was fresh and the ingredients were crisp. Overall I think there is no better pizza in town than this!

The atmosphere, service and food was fantastic. Loved the cheese filled breadsticks and will absolutely return to try other menu items. A gem tucked away at the edge of Mt. Zion.

Love love love this place. We are from Decatur and go to the one in Monticelloto to eat their pizza because the kids love it, I love it and the staff is very nice and polite. Best pizza around.

Went here with parents. Had several pasta dishes, beers, wine and garlic bread. All very tasty and atomosphere was perfect for visiting comfortably.
