I have been a Tmobile customer for 22 years and had seen Verizon's phone credit deals. I thought if my boys and I wanted new phones, I would possibly have to make the switch. But, Tom at the Fountain square Tmobile showed me the phone credit deals he had and how much everything plus the Magenta plan would cost..very Patiently I might add. Because of Tom's understanding of what I wanted to accomplish and the very positive experience, we will continue to be, happily cared for Tmobile customers. 👍

When I came in to see mobile serafin and ms maira made me feel like I was the only thing that was important they gave me such excellent customer service I understand why tmobile is rated AAA‘s I felt that I was important and my business was important to them when I came in and dealt with Miss Mira and Serafin I don’t care what else was going on here they did not stop taking care of me until I was totally satisfied I left a business after two months due to poor service and poor quality I’d spent over three hundred at purchase and the issues with the phone where never addressed when I came to t mobile I’m sure I’m a valued customer

I went in here to get away from the bastards at ATT and I would say my mission was generally successful. T-mobile's customer service, website, prices, technology and general attitude is much better than all the other phone companies out there. This shop was specifically helpful.
