My daughter and I had the best dress shopping experience at Dillard's. The young lady in the juniors formal department went out of her way to make sure my daughter was able to purchase her favorite dress. She was beyond patient, polite, and helpful. My daughter left happy and even more excited for her formal dance now that she found her perfect dress.

I had an amazing experience at Dillard's yesterday! I was looking for gifts for a special occasion, and I found them in their women’s section. The items were beautiful and elegant. Perfect for what I was looking for and made me feel confident I got the right stuff for my people.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped me choose the right size, color, and style for my gifts.

We liked the concept of having a men's and ladies store. Great selection, and a lot of items were on sale. Their staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

I have the hardest time buying jeans and Tara who does not normally works coat/jean department really helped me. She gave me an outstanding experience. I found the jeans and brand I love. Can’t wait to come back. Tara you are amazing and need a raise lol!

Pricy, for me but high quality merchandise. A staff member (who had waited on me two weeks prior) remembered me and guided me to the shoe department. That salesman was great fitting me and helping me choose a show appropriate for me.

Best selection of shoes for women in Springfield (Plaza Shoes is close second). Shopping on Super Bowl Sunday guarantees less customers and attentive sales people. Women's clothing from teenage to grans. Watch for markdowns!

It was a pleasure visiting the Battlefield Mall in Springfield, MO, I have seen the decline of so many malls in the past several years. I rarely visit the larger malls near my home because of safety issues. Dillards had a great deal of clothing options to choose from.

Great place to shop. They were extremely helpful finding my wife what she was looking for.

Dillard’s in Springfield is a lovely place to shop. It had a FPS IOU’s and open felling about it. You can expect to find designer labels, like Ralph Lauren, Uggs, Birkenstock, etc.

Susan at the lancome counter is excellent at her position. She took care of me without being hurried. So pleasant!!!

When shopping for shoes for my 87 year old mother it’s important to be able to relate to the sales person. We really appreciate the Middle Aged blond lady ( I’m sorry we didn’t catch her name) but she has been there since 2011. She not only knows how to direct the shoes needs you explain you have, but takes you to them and tells you I why they work well for others. Proper training is important especially when dealing with customers who have been coming many years. We prefer a women sales person to help us select women wear.

Sales personnel are friendly and they give space to shop. Here at Dillard's also send notifications on upcoming sales so you can more for your dollar, adds to a rewarding experience.

One of my favorite places to shop for all of the name brands, such as Tommy Bahamas, Calvin Klein and others.

We recently were in Dillard's and were pleased to see the many new items they had in housewares. Our friendly sales lady, Cathy Franco (also the wedding registry specialist), helped us with everything--far above and beyond! She individually wrapped all the breakables (which filled 3 boxes), and although we live an hour away, they made it in perfect condition. We can't thank Cathy enough for her help, and Dillard's, for having such great employees. That will be our first stop next time.

Great selection of clothing in styles that appeal to me.

This store has Lady Petite sizes. I returned sweater and correct size. It was very easy to exchange product at department register. I did not have to go to long return line!!!GREAT place to shop for men making purchases and department store clerk was very friendly and helpful.

I purchased my daughter's formal here, and it was a wonderful experience. We always go to the women's formal area rather than the junior's section. The ladies always take good care of us!
