Big thank you to Gabe and Sam who provided the best customer service. While I waited for my order I saw several people walk in and they were all helped in a kind and timely manner! Everyone walked out with a big smile! The owners and the manager Val should all be very proud of their hard work and customer care! Thanks so much!!!

helping me to ship a suitcase I mistakenly left at a hotel in
Indiana. I have called her several times for updates and she

I needed several birthday decorations and a large poster printed for my daughter’s first birthday party. The woman (Loretta, I believe) who helped me through the whole process was very patient, helpful, and was in constant contact with me to keep me updated on the printing timeline and pricing. The color and quality turned out great. I would recommend them for printing services!

Val has excellent customer service. She is usually around in the mornings by herself and is still very helpful and awesome!

I would drive out of my way to go this particular UPS store. Organized, clean, and efficient. Everyone working there is kind and helpful. Feel so lucky it’s in my hometown.
