AT&T Store

My husband & I had a very positive experience with AT&T Mobile Tel-Woodstock. We had gone to 2 other facilities, one was another AT&T and was told they couldn’t help with the transfer of information because of the old phone had a screen problem. The second facility was not an AT&T, but also just wanted to sell us phones and no help with transfer of information from our old phones.
When we went to AT& T in Woodstock,Michaela, our sales person was able to retrieve info from the damaged phone and transfer to the new IPhone15pl and also transfer from my phone to my new IPhone15pl. She also honored any allowable discounts. Our experience was great!!! Highly recommend this At&T facility in Woodstock.

Going to AT&T was fantastic and very fast problem solving , shoutout to Doug for being super helpful! His Spanish and English skills made the whole situation extra easy. Big thumbs up, highly recommend!

Fast, polite service. I got exactly what I needed in about the minimum time possible. I'm sure the staff would have helped me with other things, happily, but my needs were pretty straightforward. Will definitely return if I need anything additional from AT&T. Thanks

My name is Carolyn and I have to say this store and its employees are truly outstanding and have treated me so well! Starting out with Doug who took care of us first, he was very sweet and kind and helped us out with everything we needed while with our 2 kids(2y/o & 1y/o)! They put on a kids show in the background to entertain them and allowed them to play in the store with no problems at all and even offered some desk toys for them when they started getting ancy. Then for the second employee that was an honor to have was Makayla! She by far is god sent! Answered one of my many calls to help with a problem that we were having with our account and was able to provided information that was clear and helpful! She was able to walk me through all of the many obstacles I obtained. In store and over the over phone service was phenomenal and very professional and friendly! These two people from the woodstock AT&T store location definitely need a raise! Thank you for all your help!
