The staff here are so nice and friendly. At times I have been assisted by management staff. I never use self check out as I am not that computer savvy due to age plus always nervous I will not get my coupons if I do it myself.

Highly satisfied with customer by representative Julie. Julie was extremely nice and welcoming. Julie assisted me with checking in for a vaccine and provided additional information. Very impressed how organized and clean the store was. Highly recommend this location.

Lou the Pharmacy Manager has been nothing short of wonderful. He has amazing customer service skills, friendly and always does whatever it takes to make the customers a priority. His staff is top notch, and there aren’t many pharmacists out there that seem to care about the “human element”. Yet Lou is compassionate, understanding and constantly goes above and beyond the call of duty!!! I will now stay with CVS exclusively!!!!

The Male pharmacist, Dr. Sky, is awesome. He put in so much effort I'm getting my discount processed and insurance to cooperate with my script. Seriously went above and beyond, multiple phone calls and kept thinking of different solutions, great service. Made me a loyal CVS customer.

Scheduled my Covid test at this location which I had to have back within 48 hours to avoid throwing away $600 plus in tickets to the Genesis concert at United Center yesterday (they require a negative test within 48 hours). Actually took my test at drive thru at CVS on LaGrange road early Sunday morning and still did not have my results back two hours before leaving for concert yesterday. Called Julie Rock in a panic at this location and she was extremely helpful in getting in touch with the right people at the other CVS location and was able to get my results just before leaving for concert! Julie was amazing and CVS is very lucky to have such a great employee!
