My daughter and I went to the store today and we had the most caring and nice cashier, her name was Rose. She made us feel so welcomed and helped us find what we needed. It is staff like Rose that makes you want to come back, just to say Hi to her. Thank you Rose, all the best to you!

AMAZING DAY!! Great sales, coupons, selection, clean store! Greeted at 12:30pm by a blonde haired woman smiling, welcoming us to the store & asked how we were. She was straightening racks of misses clothes; got the impression she was a manager walking the store, checking on things & took the time to greet us! Encountered her again later & she asked how things were going. Loved it!

We were looking for a suit and two women in the department went above and beyond to help us and do all they could to find the pieces. Would recommend 100%.

Portrait guy was awesome! Great photos, kind and patient with my young ones. Great job!

Store was clean and well organized. It's nice that the online pickup and return area are right by one entrance.

I had the most amazing experience in the Portraits department. Ash, our photographer, took amazing photos of my 6 month old and was very patient and caring with him. My husband and I love how the photos turned out and Ash captured our son beautifully.

Ready made drapes and rods were on sale at 50% off, so we stocked up for 2 of 3 rooms.

I got 35% off with a penny's card. I found a dress coat and codouroy blazer that fit me perfect on sale. I struggled to find a good fit and price anywhere else. I usually shop at kohls but they only had a few coats to choose from and none fit.

A big thank you to Pam who took the time to untangle a necklace I wanted to purchase for my Granddaughter's birthday. She went out of her way to help me and I really appreciate it!

This particular JCPenney's was very nice. It was clean and well organized. They had a lot of sale racks and good brands!

I was able to find what I was looking for. Everyone was friendly. But it was very warm in the building especially when you're trying on

We had a very good experience here. We don't shop here all that often but when you had some just close for a wedding especially from my wife. We went in and asked for hope and the lady was very hopeful curry had we continued to look further and as another woman for help and she gave us even more help. We found I don't we were satisfied with and took them to the register and a woman there was very very very nice and helpful. she give us some discounts that we didn't know about .

Very well kept and all the staff is very helpful and welcoming. I found a lot of great deals and on top of that Rose who checked me out got me signed up for a card and even more savings. Saved a total of $65 on a $100 purchase.

This store is fantastic. Everyone is so nice. The store is clean and beautiful! I love this location much better than the one in Orland Park

Great service. The cashier offered me free merchandise for not ringing up 3/4 of my items because I shop lifted. Security systems work very well too. They alerted all employees and customers of my presence. I am now awaiting trail. Thanks JC Penny team for your dedication and service to the public
