What a great experience we’ve had here, numerous times, because of Rob. He helped us the past few times in customer service and really just makes a difference. It makes us come back and WANT to shop here. He really cares about his customers in a genuine way and appreciates their experience that they have while there. With the option to shop online, or elsewhere and everything else, he makes you want to go out of your way and choose to come here. Thanks Rob! You are awesome!

My visit to target was a great experience! I came looking for a specific item, and upon asking one of the associate she took me all the way in the back of the store to find it. What I wanted was a bandanna that I can wear out of the box without washing, and often times it’s hard to find that but target hath provide.

Hello, I am a resident of new Lenox il. I went to the new Lenox target on Friday night 1-19-24 and had an amazing experience while checking out. The cashier Dawn was extremely personable and friendly and had a smile on her face the whole time. Her being so personable made my shopping experience one that I won’t forget.

The cashier was the most friendly and helpful person I have ever had as a cashier. He made my visit worthwhile and the woman ahead of me in line said the same thing about him.

I’m writing this review about one of your exceptional employees named Rob, he went above and beyond to help me out with a huge box that was very hard to get in my vehicle but he maneuvered everything around so perfect it all fit all the while with a big smile on his face! I will tell all my friends and family to go to this particular Target because I had such a great experience today!

I'm riding this review for Christian who works in the cell phone Department. I have never received such great customer service in a long time he totally went out of his way to help me set up my consumer cellular cell phone service. he was very informative and very patient and thorough with me as I was in a panic because I was leaving on a trip and my cell phone with Xfinity was canceled and they wouldn't unlock my phone. So I must say that this young man is beyond qualified and very professional and I was very pleased to say the least. Target should be very honored to have a man like this working for them. Thanks again Christian for just being you and all the help you gave me when I needed it.

I wanted to shout out Christian from the tech department - He is the reason this place gets 5/5 stars! Christian was beyond kind and helpful from the start of our first conversation on the phone all the way to when I was walking out of the store. He assisted me and my family with buying and setting up a new mobile device - but honestly what he did for me goes way beyond just that. Not only was he fantastic with helping me set everything up but he also offered some great life advice, was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole experience so pleasant and so memorable while we waited for all of the phone data to transfer. Christian makes you feel like family and will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and have all of your needs met. He is truly an asset to the company and a wonderful person all around. Christian if you’re seeing this, THANK YOU for being you - and God bless!!!

Writing in relation to Christian from electronics I'd like to give him a great complement in helping me out immensely setting me up with my phone, troubleshooting, and is an asset to Consumer Cellular and Target! AND he's just a great person to talk too and shows a lot of patience and empathy with those needing it. Hope you see this Christian!

I absolutely love shopping this store. The facility is always clean (even with the new construction underway), very well organized, ample supply and variety of items to purchase, pleasantly professional customer service associates, reasonable prices (with or without sales) & most importantly (to me, at least), PLENTY OF CASHIERS AT THE CHECKOUTS!!!!! Thank you Target, for keeping individuals employed and understanding the needs of your customers. WE appreciate you all!!!!!!

Although I had to drive 40 minutes to get consumer Cellular help, driving here was worth the trip to meet Christian! His help and empathy with my phone situation was a tremendous blessing! Grateful that Christian works for Target and Consumer Cellular.

Christian has been very helpful and attentive on two different occasions in helping me with my Consumer Cellular phone. His kindness and empathy is very helpful to someone that struggles with this technology. If you need help, I recommend seeing Christian!

Rob, a Target employee at the New Lenox location is an absolute joy. He is one of the most positive people I have encountered in a long time and goes out of his way to make customers (and anyone) smile. I would go out of my way to return to that location just to interact with him again!!

Today, I went in to the New Lenox Target to exchange gifts I'd received from friends/family during this terrible formula shortage. Daniella and Brittany went above and beyond to help me with my exchange! I can't thank them enough for their compassion and for allowing me to recieve store credit. I was able to shop the same visit and get the correct formula, which I was so relieved when it was actually there! Thank you Daniella and Brittany for going out of your way for my son. I will forever be a loyal Target customer based on my visit today! Great job on hiring outstanding staff members, as a General Manager myself, these two are definitely the employees you want on your team.

The store is always super clean and nicely organized. Everything is great quality. Every staff member we came across legitimately seemed like they were happy to see you and we're very polite and greeted us every single time, asking if we needed help finding anything. Overall Target is just a superior store in my eyes and we will continue shopping with you and recommending you to anyone and everyone. Thank you!!
