AT&T Store

I cannot say enough about Justin. Outstanding service, willingness to assist, great customer service. I called prior to arriving at the store just to confirm they had what I was looking for. Stated he couldn’t discuss details over the phone. No worries, I was a quick drive from the store. Boy am I happy I went in. He was so friendly and helpful. Eager to assist. They didn’t have what I was looking for in the store but Justin went above and beyond. He worked his magic and was able to order what I needed. Everyone in the store was so helpful and friendly but I will be referring everyone to this store specifically to see Justin. If you’re visiting this store, you’ll definitely want to ask for Justin.

I called before my visit and spoke with Orlando, he was nice and very professional and he told me come on in someone there was take care of me. Once I got there, Justin did a great / awesome job with taking care of all my concerns and phone replacement, needs excellent customer service skills. I also met Allan, as together they demonstrated amazing teamwork. I will definitely recommend this AT&T to anyone.

Darius is the BEST!! He is so friendly and personable!! He has taken very good care of my family and saved us so much money!! Anytime I’ve had an issue he has resolved it quickly and efficiently.

Dazsha was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and not pushy in any way when explaining different products.

We came to ATT in Mokena and met with Darius and Araceli regarding our new Samsung phones we upgraded. We had some set up issues but Darius and Araceli were extremely helpful in getting us up and running. They were very professional and a credit to your locations. I have been a ATT customer since 1990 and they proved why I have been loyal for so many years.

I received excellent customer service from Alan. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I upgraded my phone and it was a seamless transition. It was a great experience so I would definitely go back!

Had to have my screen replaced. In bourbonnais, where I live at&t the lady there was horrible and didn't help nor do her job and was very rude and nasty. Here, the guy was so kind so nice and so helpful. Wish I lived closer but worth the drive if I need to ever go to at&t again. It's one of the best ones I been to.

I cannot recommend this store enough. Thank goodness for Orlando and Justin. I had a terrible experience at the New Lenox location where they completely messed up the devices on our account, added a line without permission, and left me frustrated and frazzled. Orlando and Justin were so kind and patient and were able to get everything straightened out and back to the way it was supposed to be. They were kind, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Absolutely phenomenal customer service. I’ll never go to another location again.

Alan at the Mokena store was so helpful. He took the time to go through all the options with me and answered all my questions. He was so polite!

Awesome experience. Game changer to what I remember what getting a new phone was like. Dazsha went above and beyond! Super informed and worked hard to insure the best customer service. She looked out for me and made sure my account was setup right. Orlando helped make sure I had the right services at home and helped me figure out if I needed an upgrade. Great group of people at ATT Mokena.

Came in to upgrade my iPhone and had a great experience with Mike and Orlando. There was virtually no wait and they worked with me to not only understand my upgrade options but even talked me through my bill so that I could take advantage of some key discounts. Thank you both!!!

Representative, Dashza Bishop, went through extreme lengths to get my new phone set up. The phone was purchased through Apple which caused the set up process to be extremely difficult. She had the patience of a saint. GREAT customer service!

Darius at the ATT Mokena store is the BEST!! If you want a hassle free fantastic experience go see Darius! He made everything so nice and easy for me.

Dazsha was fantastic and very fast in helping my husband and I get set up with new phones and plans.

Mr. Wilson helped me out so much today assisting me with creating a FirstNet account. He was able to provide me with unlimited smartphone, tablet and wearables in a timely fashion. It was the smooth stress free process. All first responders check out Mr. Wilson at the Mokena IL location.

I have no idea how some people gave this place a 1 star review. I was in for maybe 10 minutes just looking to buy a cheap new phone. In those 10 minutes Mike told me I could get a phone worth 4x the one I was looking at for free. Insanely good service, super fast and efficient!

This branch is the only one I go to. They are always so friendly and helpful. Mike and Dazsha went above and beyond, and made getting my son’s new phone a seamless process!
