Super friendly service they saw the line was getting long so they added three more cashiers and we got through quickly. The cashier I had was a high school girl she knew that I was a teacher and started asking me questions because she wanted to go in an elementary teaching to it was very refreshing to have a nice conversation.

Easy to look around store for items you are looking for or things that you are not. ☺

I can't say enough about how happy I am with the custom framing that Theresa did on my needlepoint. This project took me a year to make (about 70,000 stitches will do that!) so I decided to spend the money to have my work professionally framed and so glad that I did. Every time I look at it I'm happier with it. Theresa is very talented with her work and her recommendations were spot on perfect! I'm hooked and will have all of my framing done at Michael's from now on!

Cheap place for any craft or hobby supplies. Use coupons to make even cheaper and avoid to be the on Saturdays. Saturdays has the longer lines of the planet.

The employees here are awesome, especially the ones that help with the children’s events. Super helpful and patient with my kids every time we’ve come here for crafting classes.

In general, I love Michael's and have never been to a location that didn't carry something new or unique that piqued my interest. Great spot for arts and crafts/hobby supplies.
