Rita, the customer service manager at the Frankfort location on 8-13-2023 went beyond the call of duty and gave us great customer service. She was very considerate and personable in dealing with us and our predicament. We thanked her and she thanked us for our business and made a difficult situation just go away. Amen to Rita! I was on the last day of $40 Kohl’s cash certificate. I found an Adidas shirt that I really liked but was not my size. I then proceeded to go to 3 other stores looking for this shirt in my area. On my 3rd (I wish I got the female associate name in mens sportswear Orland Park ,IL) store. She looked up the sku and saw they had one available but she look high and low and could not find it. She recommended I try the Frankfort, IL store as they showed one available in my size. She also recommended I call and see if they could find it before I traveled to the store. I did and got Jackie in mens sportswear. Jackie was professional and searched and found the very shirt I was looking for. I told the manager of the store about Jackie’s service and how she helped me. The manager recommended I complete the survey. I normally don’t write a review like this, but when you get great service, I feel you should acknowledge it. Thanks to Jackie and Orland Park, IL menswear associate who helped me. Also an honorable mention to Cyndi who was great at checkout.

Checkout cashier Eileen O was very helpful and friendly with all the customers she serviced. Other associates were also helpful in directing me to the departments I wanted. Great store.
