I like this Dunkin’ Donuts because there are good workers and they are great with customers service skills and they are nice a close by so I have nothing but good things to say about them

Good service and a nice clean store. Plenty of room. They have your order up quick. Nice place to socialize. Very friendly staff. They really do their best to serve you.

Great Customer Service!!
I’ve never had any problems when it comes to the staff at any time while being on the premises of this location. I normally order 2 Medium Iced Coffee’s xtra xtra, french vanilla swirl, and 2 sausage egg and cheese wraps. Any time I come into the lobby somebody is there to greet me and take my order.
Every time after the cashier has taken my order I am told to give them a moment. Very assuring you can walk over to the pick up counter and actually see the care they put into the coffee’s. They make sure they're stirred up and the amount of sugar and cream is always in the coffee.(thats a big deal to me)
then they give my order to me and tell me to have a wonderful day!
Whenever they seem short staffed they tell me my patience is greatly appreciated and to have a wonderful day! How polite!!

I would just like to say that even when these girls are short staffed they always try to keep their cool. The girl with purple and black hair (I love your hair by the way I hope you see this) came to help while still helping her other coworkers on drive through shout-out to these girls for handing it so well!

I moved them to 5 stars. Obviously they made some management changes and now this store runs like a champ!

I moved them up to 3 stars. I think they are under new management and for the last several months have been great! Here’s hoping they fixed their management and staffing issues!

This is by far the worst DD in the area. Need a complete overhaul in management and staff. They have literally never gotten my order right. Staff barely has a pulse so it must be just as awful to work there as it is to go there. And why is there always people begging for money or pushing products outside? Like a damn exhibition hall. We usually drive an extra 5 miles to go to the one on LaGrange and 179th. I hate this place. And like an idiot I just went there in the "interest of time" and like always they screwed everything up. No apologies ever. Ok I'm done..... just stay away as I am. Never ever going back. Not worth the frustration.

Dunkin'! Laaa! I NEED my daily Dunkin'. I skip the donuts because they're TOO good and daily donuts aren't as forgiving as daily coffee but that coffee! I can't make it taste as good at home with their packaged coffee so it's a reason to get out for a bit. Extra large with cream. Yum

Of course who doesn't love there coffee always good but what's up with the lids lately they leak they dont seal right to the cup

I visit Dunkin Donuts on a daily basis, I have a coffee obsession. I frequent the location on laraway and Nelson or the one inside Walmart. Solomon is an excellent manager and has great employees.

Great food best coffee smells 👌 and the the staff are helpful, the best. I'm already spoiled going in there from the friendly smiles 😁!!✌ Prices are fair and the location is nice.

I stop im the morning and on my way home love the morning guys and the evening shift their all so very nice. I get exactly what I order and it's perfect love this DD

Great coffee, donuts and sandwiches. Also, a Baskin Robbins there in same building. Great place to meet with friends. Service is friendly and efficient.

This is the only Dunkin’ I will go to because they make my order correctly and delicious. I have been to other Dunkin’ shops and they make my drink horrible.

This location never messes up my coffee. Thank you for that, it is rare. Staff are always nice and friendly
