An older guy hit me and my friend with a newspaper as a "joke" and made us really uncomfortable. (We accidentally bumped into him) so we hid by an isle and went to pay when we saw the cashier telling the guy who hit us to leave us alone and get out. She got cussed out but got him to leave. To the woman who was running the cash stand June 24th at 1:50ish, thank you for sticking up for us and I hope you get a raise 💞

Stop in at least once a day. Staff is the best around. Friendly atmosphere. Unlike others around they seem to enjoy doing their job. Thanks!

Natalie Kozak wrote about the wrong store. There are 3 Speedways in Mokena, 2 on Wolf Rd. There is no Lori working at this location, no music piped in, and no female manager!

Stop in this station often. Owner is a great guy. Always have fresh food on the grill and hot coffee

This place is in a difficult location to drive in and out of. If they are very busy, it's likely you won't be able to park. I've found the service fast and friendly though.

This is not a very clean speedway. It has the basics but there are better gas stations near by that are better.

I had stopped in today to grab a pack of smokes on my way home. I was on the phone as I walked in, I told my mom to hold on as I walked up to the counter. I asked for my smokes, and the cashier LORI behind the counter was saying something. I asked her 3 times to repeat what she was saying, I'm hard of hearing from years of working on a factory line. There was a speaker directly above my head playing music so I couldn't hear her. I showed her my IF she then rolled her eyes at me and said I need to scan it. Sorry didn't know, no need for attitude. After I hand her my ID, she proceeds to tell me if I wasn't on my phone I could hear her. There was no one talking on the other end, at the time there was no one in line behind me at the time. I finish up my transaction and inform her that was rude to say and poor customer service. I work at a restaurant and have had people place orders between their conversations. I'm not saying I haven't thought this, but would never say it. Furthermore the people I deal with are actually having a conversation, I put my mom on hold to complete my transaction because I find it rude for someone to do that. I guess assuming makes you right. She proceeded to get nasty with me, and I asked for her name then I stared at her name tag and she clearly understood I got it. She told me to go ahead and call her manager she'll agree with me. So just wondering when in customer service is OK to say what comes to mind. Also the fact that when I explained the person on the other wasn't talking you keep defending this is ridiculous. Poor customer service, I will not discontinue going in there, but every time I go from now and she's working I will make sure to be on my phone and continue to carry on a conversation and really be rude
