Whitmore Ace Hardware

I prefer ace due to staff being actually helpful and friendly as compared to other big hardware stores. Well worth the slightly higher prices and they frequently have good deals anyways. I always get the free popcorn :)

Always great service and usually has everything I need. Prices are good. They have answers to all my questions.

I visited this location this morning. The ENTIRE staff was so helpful and friendly. They directed me where I need to go. Put the large heavy item in my cart and helped me carry it out to my trunk. Also the the guy helped carrying the griddle top I bought gave me his own pro tips. Awesome staff! Will always continue to shop at this location.

Outstanding service, setup and options! It is a rare gift to visit a nice old-fashioned hardware store. This location reminds me of a general store due to its variety of products.

Their grilling section is filled with a wonderful and taste variety of charcoal options.

Their mover and blower maintenance section is perfect!

The only downside is that the younger employees are pretty underwhelming and rude. None of them offered hello and seemed to actively avoid me. Just weird that they aren't following the lead of their better colleagues.

I'm looking forward to my next visit. It's a trek but worth every moment.

This Ace never disappoints! Their customer service is above and beyond every time, and our toddler loves going there for the free popcorn 😉

They were very friendly & helpful. I had 2 keys made and shared a good laugh with lady who made the keys for me. She shared how she too got locked out of her house and her brother in law who was 6'7 crawled through a window 🙏🏾

Loved the store and was a double type with one side a grocery store and the other side a lot of beautiful objects for sale and jewelry plus much more. A real Gem that is a Welcome Surprise too!

True to any Ace I've generally been to, The staff were very nice and helpful the store was well kept and had everything I was looking for.

I went there knowing what I wanted and found the isle it was in and an employee happened to be right there. Showed her what I wanted asked about options got feedback and purchased what was needed. Scratch one more completed project off my " to do list".

They have the cutest little boutique in there store. I've got to go back without my husband 😉

As always a great local establishment to go and pick up household related tools, fixtures, etc. I needed several gallons of exterior paint for a project. I had a picture of the color mix formula from an old can and they were able to quickly match and mix the needed color. More personal experience then the big box stores.

Since our other Ace closed, we have come here a few times. Really a good variety of of stuff, a very helpful staff (Ace is the place...), And beautiful flowers!

I have been to the store many times. Always very courteous and helpful.... not pushy at all. Happy to have Ace back in the area. A nice addition is the Waterside Gifts... nice quality of home accessories and jewelry. If you need a nice gift, great place to find something.

Very well stocked hardware store for all your home needs. The staff is very helpful and attentive to your needs. I truly love their BBQ section and their selectoon of accessories and if you have a smoker their selection of pellets etc is great

I love that this place is literally just down the street from me. I was here 5 times in one day while working on an emergency repair at home, and these guys helped me every time and we're great about it. They helped me to figure out what would work best and came up with a pretty ingenius fix for an obscure problem I ran into. I always thought their prices were much higher than the big box places, but they're not much more expensive and are actually cheaper on some items. I bought a rotary tool here (on about my 3rd trip that day!) and it was $10 cheaper than anywhere else. They also send great coupons in the mail. If you are looking for a quicker, more personalized shopping experience than you get in the other caverns of home supplies, head here and you'll leave happy and will probably go back (hopefully just not 5 times in a day!).

Very friendly people. Clean and organized store. Prices a little higher but worth it for the customer service.
