Wanted to express my gratitude for the service received at the pharmacy in Northville,MI. I made a decision to finally take the Covid shot after months of contemplating. Early in the day, I went to three other retail locations but they rejected me since I did not have an appointment. Though all locations had signs that no appointment was required. My luck turned for the best once, I met Ryan at my local Kroger. He took a few minutes and spoke with the Assistant Pharmacy Manager (Sarla), and explained my situation and she did not hesitate to fit me in. The most amazing thing was how Sarla administered the shot, I felt no pain and it happened so quickly, I didn’t even know I was done. Again thank you to the team at Kroger!!!! And I received a goody package as well. Now just waiting on President Biden to buy that first round of beers😀.

Wonderful store. A little of everything here. They have a particularly nice meat section.

The Assistant Manager Mike went above and beyond to make our shopping experience special! We were shopping with our two year old who had spotted a balloon hanging near a sales area. As I was trying to explain to my son that we could not take that balloon, Mike approached us and asked my son what color balloon he would like. My son was so excited about his balloon, we were able to complete our shopping trip without any trouble and he was happy the entire way home. Mike, thank you so so much for your kindness, people like you are rare and should be recognized! We will always use this Kroger, the entire staff is always helpful and friendly.

I wanted to share a positive experience I had with cashier, Echo this past Friday. She went above and beyond to treat with me respect, and provided excellent customer service. That's a rare art today. You cherish an employee that goes so far above and beyond.

I couldn't believe for one of the older workers in there how quickly and professionally she bagged my groceries. She helped the entire line in front of me - I still can't wrap my head around how fast she is. Not to mention the HUGE smile and courtesy she showed me. She made my day. What a sweet lady, more importantly what a valuable worker to the company. Thank you, Echo. The enthusiasm, the smile, and the quickness you bring doesn't go unnoticed.

I love going to this Kroger! It's nice and big with decently wide aisles, and they have a great selection of products. I've always had good luck with the employees here, too - very friendly and kind. I especially love Echo, she is so sweet and will always put a smile on your face!

Love Kroger, especially this location. Fruits and vegetables are always fresh, good variety, and mostly locally sourced. Store is clean, parking is ample and with lots of self checkouts, very rarely have to wait in line also love the targeted discounts (based on my buying history) with Kroger plus card.

This is one of the best Kroger locations in the Metro Area. It is clean and well stocked. The staff is helpful and friendly. It also has one of the best prepared food sections I have ever seen at a grocery store. I could not in all honesty say that someone should go get prepared food every night for dinner but if I did getting it from this location would be recommendation. I am very impressed with their prepared foods section. I am surprised that other Kroger locations don't have as nice a section as this one.

Cassie, in the floral department, was extremely nice, helpful, and accommodating to meet my ideas for 10 centerpieces for a grad party! She had them ready on time and they were BEAUTIFUL!!! I received many compliments on them!!! Kroger is also reasonably priced compared to other florist in the area!! Thank you, Cassie!!

Love Kroger pickup. They had to call me to pick up a little later due to short staffing but with everything thats happening, i didnt mind. They were quick and efficient and i was able to finish working and make dinner in a reasonable time

We received outstanding customer service at this location (from one of the managers, Rebecca). They didn’t have the OreIda brand frozen potatoes we needed for a Christmas recipe, so she tracked down a similar Kroger brand product for us and - for the inconvenience - gave them to us for free, to try. Friendly, prompt, and generous. Highly recommend this Kroger.

I'm not from this area, and not only did I have no clue where I was, but nothing in the store either. There was a manager that made my trip at this Kroger 100% better than all the rest. Jacob, he introduced himself, and made me feel like I was a regular at that store. With copious people in the store on July 4th, I was in, had my stuff and out in impeccable time thanks to that manager. Thanks Jacob. Happy 4th to the Northville Kroger, and Jacob.

I never write reviews but Connor was just absolutely marvelous with his service! Give that man a raise! I picked up an order and he delivered on time, there’s nothing more to ask from a Kroger 😎

One of my favorite Kroger stores, always find organic milk in this store which is sometimes not stocked in all Kroger stores, good grocery collection, neat and clean and a good number of self service machines

Love Kroger! I do all my grocery shopping here, they have great prices and awesome sales. Fuel points program is great too!

I love this Kroger. They're all very friendly and helpful, specially the people at the sushi section. It's also very good sushi for a great price!

One of my favorite Krogers to shop. Most of the time they have what I need and have no trouble with the pricing deficiency like some I mentioned.

We like the Northville store at 6 and Hagerty. Store is always stocked full and very friendly employees. We live in Redford it's worth the extra drive.

This Kroger store has a wide selection of international products alongside the garden variety local brands. A great one-stop shopping place.

Clean store, friendly staff. Usually has everything I need.
