Top-notch customer service! I ordered a product (Carnevale bases) and it arrived but was short several bases. They quickly and efficiently sent me not only the missing ones but an entire box of additional bases! They will definitely be getting all of my on-line business from here on out!

Chris is amazing. Helped me finally add a card to my collection that I hadn't had for years. Everyone here is really nice and professional. By far the best game store I've ever been too.

Admittedly haven’t been here physically, BUT I did order from them online. They had something not readily available from other/local shops, at a great price, and it shipped pretty quickly. So for their stock, prices, and customer service, 5 Stars!!!

As an avid 40k fan, I'm used to the constant product shortages and long delays in shipping by Games Workshop. So I tend to rely mostly on small businesses to get hard to get products without paying scalper prices on eBay. Gopher games promptly shipped out my hard-to-get item and I had it in my hands in a few days. Would shop again in the future

Echoing what others have said -- the prices are hard to beat, and the people who work here are the best! When there was a bad tile in the copy of Skull I bought, I took it back to the store and they exchanged it out, no questions asked. Definitely my pick in town for buying games.

Purchased an item, but received similar, but incorrect one initially. Owner quickly resolved the situation and overall I am very pleased with the service. Good prices on d&d items.

Good people, better prices than other game stores. Decent selection on Warhammer and other miniature games. The downside play area is compact.

I love this store! The employees are helpful and very friendly, and usually know a lot about their merchandise which is super helpful for a game store. Pricing on most items is pretty good, obviously not as cheap as you can get online but good enough to be well worth it to support a local business. The store holds a variety of free events, and even allows people to walk in and host their own stuff when there is open space, acting not only as a shop, but also as a vibrant community center. I went to one event so far and it was a lot of fun, so I hope to return again many times in the future!

Fun place! My son and his friends play D&D there. I got to sit in on a game night. Very fun! There was another table with more game players. Would love to see a full room of game playong.

I love the store. Prices are fair the staff are friendly and best of all if you need help with your deck the staff and other players are willing to give you great advice all the time.

This is by far the best gaming store I've ever been to. The staff is amazing, knowledgable, and are always willing to help. There isnt a day I've been in there where they displayed a lack of energy about what they were doing. Its refreshing. And because of how amazing the staff is, they community has harbored this attitude and has in turn become one of the best communities I've had the chance to be around. Overall hands down the best store you could go to.

I really like this store for D&D minis and merchandise. I have to drive past other game stores to get to Gopher Mafia, but it's worth it. The staff is awesome, their prices are often the same or better than what Amazon offers and their selection is great - definitely the best selection of that type of stuff in C/U.

Amazing customer service. Ordered an MTG single and due to a shipping delay, refunded my order but still sent the card. This was their own decision- i hadn't even contacted them about my order, since I am used to the delays due to covid, USPS, etc. I even called them to let them know I had no issues and that they could charge me. They refused. Who does that?! A top notch LGS, that's who.

Great place to visit for miniatures, employees are knowledgeable, and friendly. Also have a great system to order things if they don't have it in stock.

Staff is well known to be very friendly and helpful. Prices of games are probably the best you can get around Central Illinois. Perfect place to buy and play board games, with multiple tables to play.

I'm smitten with Gopher Mafia Games. As a D&D DM I've used this store as my primary shop for source material as well as for my budding miniature collection. I have also come in the past to their Adventure League games that have been a joy as well. All this because they have competitive prices/w the tremendous online market as well as products as they are made available to the public from WotC. I will continue to exclusively use Gopher Mafia for all my tabletop needs.
