The UPS Store

Every time I go there, I get excellent service -the staff is diligent and quick. There’s other service you can get there apart from delivery, like: printing, laminating, buying stationery, photocopying.

I needed to get some documents sent internationally very quickly and so visited this UPS store today. The staff here were very helpful in explaining all the options and making sure everything was to my satisfaction. I have called in before to buy supplies or drop off returns and have always found everyone working there to be very friendly and efficient.

Went in today with some packages and had all of my QR codes ready to be scanned and of course as soon as I stepped foot into the building I lost internet connection!! Thankfully Calisha was very fast to assist me and was extremely friendly and patient of my "wonderful" phone.

One of the things I appreciate about this UPS store is that they care as much about helping you with a free return shipment as they do about helping with a project that generates revenues. Everytime I go there they build more and more good will. They are patient with questions and will help you however you need. On my most recent visit Josh was just terrific. His nice attitude on helping with returns is why we now go to UPS when we have shipping needs rather than to FedEx.

I came in on May 26th totally frazzled and a tad snippy. I wish I could remember the names of the 3 staff members working that day. They were absolutely fabulous! They calmed me down. They were so patient with me and they helped me complete something I had spent 3 weeks trying to finish. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated all 3 of them! Really excellent customer service at this store and I highly recommend this store. Thanks to you all for helping me when I was at my end.

Chris, Josh and Amanda are the most incredible people ever. Every time I leave that store, I do so with a smile on my face and I always look forward to going there. 5 stars is not enough, they deserve 10 because they are the rare group of people that enjoy their jobs and share that joy with their customers.

This place is awesome. I’ve been here only a couple times but both times they have been remarkably friendly and very helpful. Sean helped me the first time, and Lina helped me today - both great people who show they truly care for what they do. Extraordinary customer service here. Definitely recommend, especially if you get one of these two behind the counter.

My husband had to return some stuff here and they were great. Mika was very helpful!

My wife needed to send my father his hearing aid batteries because he left town to visit my relatives in Virginia without them. There was a problem with UPS and a problem with my father. Josh at the Pittsford Plaza store worked everything out. He went far and above his responsibilities to see that the package arrive where it needed to be. He must have been in 5 or more conversation to facilitate the needed outcome. Thanks Josh. We've always had a good experience at this location but this was exceptional.

This is my store - I have been doing business with these folks for over 25 years, and always found them to be very good, often excellent. Lately, their store manager, Chris Schramm, has been the star for us. He is simply the best! He gives us friendly, personal service, and excellent attention to detail. He gets 5 stars every time.
