AT&T Store

This was the best experience I ever had at a phone store. truly exceptional thanks to Matt's expertise and professionalism. He was incredibly helpful in assisting me and patiently answered all my questions. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I left the store feeling confident in my purchase and grateful for Matt's top-notch customer service.

Ahmad from the Shelby store was so great to deal with. He knows his phones, great customer service, friendly. Came in looking to upgrade and left for an upgrade for me and my son! Thank you so much! I recommend going in to see him.

Marquis took his time, was very professional and updated my account. He did an excellent job in assisting me with a new phone and the fact, that I was eligible for the teachers discount, which saved me money and the opportunity to purchase an apple watch. Logan provided exceptional service. He was very professional, patience and informative. I would recommend everyone to ask for Logan when they go to this store because he will provide A1 service. He would make a great manager!!!

Matt is awesome!!!! He is very helpful, has a lot of patience and always has a smile on his face when he greets you. He makes sure you are very satisfied with your phone order. Matt helped me get my Samsung Z Flip 4 a couple months ago. I love it!!! Our family will be back to this store location as long as Matt is there. Went in the store a couple weeks ago w/ my sister to get a new IPhone 14… Chase and Marquis were awesome… they worked out the best option( bundle) for my her…. They were so kind..patient…and very knowledgeable…We went back in after a couple weeks when we were ready! Kyle helped us out and we were very impressed that Chase still had the information he quoted us!!! These gentlemen are an amazing team!!! I’ve been w/ AT&T for over 18 years… this is by far the best customer service experience I’ve encountered so far at an AT&T store!!! Go see them…😊😊😊

I brought my mom in yesterday who was in DESPERATE need of a new phone, Matthew was very helpful in assisting my mom in picking out a new phone that she loves (gotta try the new ZFlip, she loves it), then he helped her transfer her phone number from her previous provider to AT&T, transferred her phone data to her new phone, and lastly helped her pick out her sparkle case and screen protector. 10/10 recommend this store if you want fast, helpful and kind customer service.

Chase went above and beyond to make my experience of a my new phone dying to a very positive experience. I appreciated his support working with the Samsung warranty person. I was very impressed with all the young men who work at 26 and Van Dyke store. I have experienced a lot of bad guys in my days and it was nice to be in an environment where all these young men were so polite, respectful and helpful. A beautiful group of next generation of men.
