I went in today because all of the Halloween stuff was 50%! Why wouldn’t you go in!? I was helped by Brandon the entire time. He was such a sweetheart and let me know about what they did and didn’t have for the collection that year. While checking out, Brittney was amazing. She helped me get a better deal on my soaps and it actually saved me more money in the end. I work just down the road and I will definitely be shopping at this location from now on. The store was extremely clean, organized and well stocked. Thank you so much you guys, you rock!!

With all of the recent exchange/return policies, things can be confusing, particularly because I shop online. I don't like to go into the store to exchange things because the anxiety it causes when an associate is rude just shuts me down. So I just collect stinky scents. But....today! I had an amazing experience! Shannon was top notch. Totally knew her stuff and really helped me figure out what the heck I was doing with my exchanges. There were 2 other young ladies helping me also and both were excellent! I've been in this store many times and had okay service but today was truly worth a major 5 star review. Thanks for helping me not feel silly for feeling like I'd been there for 6 hours lol!

Everything was in the store and staff was amazing. The only store that had gift bags...

Bath and Body Works has the best fragrances around for home and body care. They have great sales everyday. If you shop there frequently they mail good coupons that can be used along with their sales. They now have a VIP program! The only requirement is to download the Bath and Body Works app. and shop!! I have gotten so many products at very reduced prices and MANY FREE. It's a fun place to shop!!

Everything was at least 50 to 75% off atbpost Christmas sale! Lotions for 375 candles yep we're only $6 or so a piece. They do this in June as well keep an eye out.

I thank Brittany for her great customer service and great managment of the place and her wonderful team, I highly recommend this place to shop!

Wow! I cannot believe the review I am reading! This store is WONDERFUL. I, too, shopped on candle day and I have waited outside that store like everyone else during a pandemic in Michigan. Their management is WONDERFUL, and their entire staff does what they can to the best of their abilities with the frustrating environment of the world. I’m sorry that jaded, entitled customers who have poor time management choose to bad mouth the employees. Stay safe, and be kind!

Bath & Body Works always puts a smile on my face. It is so pretty inside. And everything smells awesome! I get great coupons from them toward their products, making my shopping that much more enjoyable!

I don't shop here often but everytime I have, the staff are a bunch of helpful busy-bees. They aren't all up in your face either; they offer assistance once and then leave you be but are visible and available if you do need help. They're quick to come up to the counter so you don't have to wait too long. Overall simple and easy experience every time.

This store is very organize and the employees are great my experience with them is very good and I recommend this store to anyone that won't a nice experience, shopping in a clean air fresh organize store.

The girls here are great i love the remodeling look very beautiful and love how the candles are organized by color it makes it easier to shop and sets it a part from the other stores.

Great summer sale! Found the lilac fragrance plug ins I was looking for & many other things--all on sale! Very friendly staff.

Was late for a date so drove by B&BW and bathed myself in all the sweet smelling free samples. Highly recommend grabbing some free squirts when you're in a pinch.

Love the Shelby Twp location! These ladies are great at helping you find what you need! Always have all the new stuff, and the old favorites available.

Clean. Great staff. Fully stocked. Masks used by employees correctly and by all shoppers. Great location to shop at.
