My experience was amazing! Grant the store manager took care of me. He was amazing

The service I received from the workers at this T-Mobile store was top notch! They didn’t try to sell me anything extra just helped me with what I needed and gave me a great deal. This is forever my T-Mobile store of choice.

My boyfriend and I switched from Metro to get better service and better coverage. It was a cheaper option at the time, we both went to this location to switch to a new IPhone and we wanted the most recent one. We both got such a good deal for a trade in on both phones and had some superb customer service by Samad 😊 He took his time to answer my million questions and gave my boyfriend and I nothing but respect and knowledge on our phones! We always just paid for phones never financed, so this poor man had to hear both of us constantly ask more🤣 Samad you are very respectful and give wonderful customer service! You did not show me one bit of irritation when helping us☺ Your help was nothing but appreciated and thank you for taking the time into making us feel comfortable switching, we have been with metro for years! Wonderful place to get your new phone❤

Jose was friendly, helpful and attentive to my questions. My problem was resolved quickly. Aside from the prompt service at this particular location, T-Mobile should consider discounts on replacement accessories for their customers.

Broke my phone last night and was pleasantly surprised when I called them on Christmas eve and they were open. Not only were they open but the staff seemed happy to be there and happy to help me. Didn't try to sell me a bunch of things I didn't need or want. Helped me get into a good phone for a great price. The staff is super funny and they seem to actually like working with each other, which is nice. I will definitely be back.

BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! I stopped in this morning, 9/16/2016, a little after opening time (approximately 10:20 am), to get help with my phone. My phone's screen blacked out the night before. I was greeted as soon as I stepped in. There was no wait time. Chris helped me right away. I received GREAT customer service, GREAT deals/rates, and GREAT conversation....they made me feel so welcome. Sanil (the Manager) was Awesome!! He has a great crew at this location. I also received a beverage and snack while I waited for my new phone to be set up. I will always go to this location going forward, and I recommend all other existing, past, and future Sprint Customers to do so as well. Thank you all for my phones, charges, and blue tooth speakers!! I'm coming back for the screen protectors later today after work!

I have been a customer of this store since it opened and have never been disappointed. The sales representatives have always been super friendly and willing to work overtime to keep me satisfied. I was in the store today, March 11th, and was once again super pleased with the service that I received. I had the privilege to work with three different employees and want to do a shout out to each of them.
Nicholas was the first to greet me and help me determine which phones would suite my daughter's needs. Since they were out of the phones that I wanted to purchase, he happily volunteered to drive to another store to pick them up for me. So very kind of him.
Christopher helped me when I went back in to pick up the phones and was so much fun to work with. My daughters were there and he stayed way past closing time to answer all of their questions and to transfer all of their data. I really appreciated his patience that he had for us.
Christopher's brother Junior, who is also a sales representative, came over to help with getting all the phones activated. He was also super friendly and took time to chat with us and make us feel welcome.
I would highly recommend this store! Thank you for treating your customers so well!!

Raiman helped me get a brand new iPhone 13 pro max with the best promotions. I’m glad he hooked me up with a watch too! Great customer service, would recommend 10/10.

Awesome service at this location. Armando helped me with a great deal on my new LG V20 and I love the phone!! I left home later that day and had trouble with my Bank of America app, Chase and as well as my yahoo email and Savon welcomed me back the next day and took care of it immediately and also showed me some cool new features. Couldn't have asked for anything more from them. Wonderful job and will look no where else for my Sprint needs.

These guys are great. Great conversations and great deals nonetheless. Very obvious to notice, they go the EXTRA mile for a customer than any other sprint store. Highly recommend these guys. Dealt with Savon the store manager and highly recommend himself for sure!

My experience was fantastic. Andre and AJ was very kind, and helpful. I was having some major issues with my lost phone. The fellas was able to set me up with 3 new devices. Sarmad was excellent, top tier service and was able to answer all of our questions with expertise. Switched over to new iPhone in less than 20 minutes. 10/10 will do business again!

Came in to switch my service from Verizon and my wife's service from US Cellular! Sarmad was great and got us both set up with our new T-mobile accounts and got our new phones set up and data all transferred from our old phones! Was up front on all charges! No hidden unmentioned fees! Reccomend to anyone!

Unbelievable Customer Service!!! As a previous customer, I was recognized...greeted by name and as a friend, not just as a sales opportunity. My situation today was to 'fix' a texting connection problem. Christopher handled the condition and corrected the problem in minutes. Not only did he correct the problem...he received an accolade from the Store Manager Savan. Great Store! Great Teamwork! Great Service! Don't go anywhere else.

Went into this location last night and was helped by Dany. Dany was extremely helpful in setting up my replacement phone. He just took over and transferred all of my data and made sure everything was set up just as my old phone was. He went beyond what other customer service reps have offered at other locations. This will be my new Sprint store for sure Dany absolutely made my experience perfect.

I have never felt more valued as a customer anywhere else, the rep Danny took all his time to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. Switching cell phone carrier has always been a pain for me but Danny made this transaction super smooth, he took his time to qualify me for exactly what I needed rather than pushing his own opinion or latest promotions on me. He also made sure I get a killer deal and that all my information was transferred. To anyone wondering what store to go to look no further because it don’t get no better, I will never go to a different store and they have my bussiness forever.

Came in had for of my lines transferred and Sarmad did a wonderful job transferring all our data and was very patient with me and the kids and very helpful with all the work. Very patient with us. I would recommend anyone to go see him.

This was my first time stepping foot into a Sprint store. I've never used Sprint before. I ordered the LG 8 phone. It is so popular that it's already on back order. The girl who helped me was not only friendly and very knowledgeable, but Also VERY easy on the eye's, lol. Good looking, helpful, and kind, is as good as it get's. Highly recommend this store .. Can't wait to get my new phone.

THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST SPRINT STORE I HAVE BEEN TO!!! The moment I walked through the door the staff was EXTREMELY kind with smiles all around. Knowledgeable and helpful, they went above and beyond for me!! I highly recommend this location to anyone!!!!! The best part of it all, I just had a billing question and ended up upgrading my phone and adding a tablet because I just loved the staff so much lol. This is defiantly the Sprint TEAM you guys want helping you...from billing questions to product knowledge, this is the store, TRUST ME!!!!!
