AT&T Store

Great experience. Matt and the other Guys were very helpful! Picked up a new Galaxy 24, Love it. I had such a good time while at the store... Laughed 😅 so hard. I highly recommend this AT&T store 👌

Great experience, all thanks to Brendan. I had a lot of questions regarding services I was looking for and with the information he was able to provide, I felt confident in my switch and purchase (saving me money, too!). Appreciated how he treated me as a potential customer and also how I witnessed him treat other customers. If you're in, ask for Brendan, and he will get you squared away!

Ryan, Goose and Ricky were an amazing service provider and was patient, friendly and kind to us. Extremely knowledgeable with questions we had and just all around good employees. 10/10 rating

We were greeted within seconds of entering the store. Luke was our representative, he was extremely helpful and answered every question that we had. All while setting up our new phones, internet etc. We couldn't be more happy to have him working with us. We're very happy to have AT&T for our provider.

The employees here are amazing! Nate helped me pick a phone within my budget and was incredibly knowledgeable. I have already referred some of my friends to this store/Nate and hope I get the chance to work with him next time I purchase a phone!

This is one of the best AT&T stores in the area! We have been coming to this location for some years now. No matter who I work with, we always receive superb service. Today my daughter and I worked with Antonio and he went over and beyond. Such great customer service! The staff is always easy to work with. I am a firm believer that when you have great employees, it’s because you have great leadership. Great job Jay! I wish I can remember everyone’s name. Thanks for being awesome! Wonderful experience! Goose and Ryian were very helpful and made this a very pleasant experience. They worked fast and I believe sold me the products I needed at the best prices possible. I will recommend this AT & T store to anyone.

Ryian was very knowledgeable, pleasant, patient with me in explaining things to me and helpful. I have a better understanding of my bill now. His coworkers that he is training were very courteous and respectful

I haven't lived in Metro-Detroit for a few years at this point, but I always come home for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Of course this past Christmas, my phone doesn't work, and on the day right before a holiday! Imagine the disaster. Thankfully, Nathaniel (a long time friend) was at the store, and was able to help me navigate AT&T customer service in the store. Even though the phone call was incredibly painful (aren't all customer service calls?) Nathaniel was super helpful. So, again, thanks to him my Christmas wasn't completely ruined.

Luke helped us with some phone problems. He got everything resolved in a timely manner and he has excellent customer service. Great guy keep them around he made our day do you need more people at AT&T like him train them right :-) where do :-) oh yeah🙂 right❤ Love them

I had an outstanding experience with Brendan. He provided top-notch customer service and went above and beyond to assist me with all of my questions and concerns. Brendan's knowledge and professionalism truly impressed me, and he made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I went in just to ask a question about a phone I've had for four or five years. I can't remember the first name, but Mr. Hamlin actually helped me see just how outdated my phone was. He spent a lot of time kindly explaining to me the benefits of a newer phone, and was super nice about everything! I feel like I truly understood the benefit of my upgrade by the time we were done with the purchase. I wish all ATT stores were as helpful as this one! 10/10!

Nate was so helpful and informative about the offerings of AT&T. As my wife and I are deciding which phone provider to go with, we will definitely keep in mind the wonderful service that Nate gave us as that goes such a far way in the world nowadays.

Luke, at AT&T is new and in training still and is one of the best customer service professionals I have ever had take care of me. These guys are one of the main reasons why we have stayed at AT&T. I will continue to recommend this service to anyone who asks.

Luke was absolutely amazing with me! I have zero technical skills and 40k plus photos and old phone he was able to get me into the iPhone 15 1T. Love my service !!!!!

Brendan was exceptional with helping my family upgrade our phones and lowering our bill at the same time! Additionally, he helped us to switch our internet plan and because of that, we have faster internet and a lower payment. He was super knowledgeable and efficient, and made the whole process seamless. Would highly recommend!!

I absolutely recommend going here and seeing Luke!! He answered all my questions and made me feel welcome. He was very knowledgeable and fast. I was actually surprised when he told me that he was new since he knows what he's doing. I'll definitely be going back to him next time!
