Super nice lady helped my boyfriend and I get our paperwork done for vaccines, and the pharmacist Jeff who administered our vaccines was SO sweet I honestly wish we could've kept talking to him haha. Happy holidays to everyone working at this walgreens 💗🤟🏻

The employees here are always friendly. Today we came in because the pharmacy at CVS closer to our house wouldn't look up my son's insurance info and we didn't have his card yet. Marissa at Walgreens didn't even have to wait for me to ask if she could, she was immediately on the phone for the insurance info. She took great care of us and instinctively put my son's needs in top priority.

Good pharmacy. I received 3 automatic calls to pick up my rx. went to pickup. They were closed for lack of staffing. They need to fix the auto calls to notify customers when irregular closing happens

Everybody that works at Walgreens are very pleasant and friendly every time I'm in the store the Pharmacy employees call me by my name they are very friendly too

I got my 1st vaccination for covid yesterday & I felt so comfortable and cared about. Thank you

Management must have changed. I called another store, easily got an employee. Today, my husband got extremely perturbed (saying it politely) because we were on hold 90 minutes, even after getting to the front of the que. If they were affected by the power outage, an employee could answer to state they are, or a message could have been generated to inform customers that the power outage affected them, if calls weren’t diverted to an alternate store. He called the district office.

One star for not setting up a means of informing customers the store can't accept calls, 3 stars because of prompt response when power was restored. Four stars would have been for acknowledgement of the issue with the possibility of improvement. I'd give 5 stars for fixing the issue entirely, but guess that needs time.

Very slow pharmacy

The employees here follow people around and make sure they have a eye on anything you pick up. I was looking at nail Polish picked 2colors mind you 1.99 each and a employee looked at my stuff wanted to ring them up but I took them to the Pharmacy where I was getting scripts put them on the counter sat down and same employee looked at the counter. I felt like not buying anything there at all but wanted the Polish. Changing pharmacies because they won't order a medication I get every month so if you want to be followed n not able to get all your meds at one place then have fun here.

I haven't used Walgreens in about a decade. Now it's not obviously not the time to start using them again. My neighborhood pharmacy does not carry one of my new prescriptions. So I had to go back to a large chain pharmacy again. Google maps took me to a family Dollar across the street, as I've never been to this location before. So naturally I called, and waited and waited and waited and waited for more than 7 minutes. By that time I figured out where the store was and it walked in with my phone still being on hold waiting to be answered by either one of the two employees in the store. The phones were not ringing at all and there were only two customers in the entire place, one gentleman complaining to the pharmacist that no one had answered his call. As for the cashier it was her first day. The manager who was off today told her she had no one to send in to train her. That manager should have been present at the store to train this new employee, or answer the GD phone. NOT IMPRESSED WALGREENS. GET IT TOGETHER. DEFINATLEY CALLING THE CORPRATE CLOWNS....NOT THAT THEY WILL CARE EITHER.

Something is wrong at that location.
Dropped my dog’s script off 2 weeks ago, at that time I had a funny vibe then because the way she was talking almost trying to tell me that script wasn’t real.
I had just got the script from the vets which is like a 100 ft from the pharmacy.
Two weeks go by no phone call nothing, in the meantime my dog goes without so I called and she told me we are waiting for the office to call them back to verify because its high dosage.
I’m like are you kidding, the vet is literally 2 doors down, you couldn’t have called and told me?
The thyroid medication was 1mg which is standard dosage to start off treating dogs for a Thyroid.
I went down grabbed my script back and chewy is filling it.
Go somewhere else, these people are incompetent.

Definitely irritated that the hours haven't been updated. I went to get my mom her insulin around 615 and they were closed. Seriously? Update your hours. What kind of business is being ran here? I don't recommend this pharmacy if you need reliable. Let's be real. We all need this in a pharmacy.

Danielle and Seema are a very rude pair!! I been at this pharmacy for years and never experienced the level of rudeness I’ve experienced tonight. Danielle rung up the prescription wrong and didn’t even apologize. I went on the inside to resolve the matter and Seema wanted to feed me a bunch of excuses and I have yet to receive an apology!! Yes I know things are chaotic right now due to the pandemic but you learn to adapt to the mayhem or just simply apologize for your mistakes!! JEFF IS THE BEST PHARMACIST HERE if he ever leaves this place will be doomed.
