If you are into woodworking, this is the place for you. Great selection of beautiful wood for accent pieces. A lot of very useful gadgets we didn't know we needed.

I called the store the day before to see if they cut keys, and I was told what time the employee who did that came in. When I arrived, I was asked from across the store if there was anything I needed help with. I told her, and she helped me right away. I had a slightly unusual key situation, which she figured out, and handled professionally, courteously, and she was very friendly. In addition, their price was significantly lower than anyone else I had checked with in the area. Also, she made sure to have me tell her if the key worked or not. I recommend this store.

Rick's Ace workers at EVERY location (ESPECIALLY this one) are a great reflection on the 'customer first' reputation of the ACE hardware chain.

Friendly customer service that greets you when you walk in help you find what you need, unlike the big box stores. One one occasion what I needed was actually at a different dealer (even though they sold a competing product), and they told me as much. Appreciate the honesty and genuine desire to help!

Great, personal customer service and good prices. No need to wander the caverns of big box stores, when you can go to Rick's Ace Hardware and get knowledgeable help quickly.

I'm so glad I found this hardware store. I worked at and manatges a small hardware store through college and I always try to avoid the big box like Lowe's, Home Depot, or Menards. Hardware stores like these have just about everything you'll need, except lumber, while actually having staff that no a thing or two and are willing to help instead of "this isn't my department," or "I don't know, I usually hire someone to do that.". The staff are nice and courteous and actually remember their customers.

My husband surprised me with a new Traeger Smoker for the holiday weekend! He was trying to purchase and have it delivered within about a 24 hour window. After searching multiple Ace Hardware stores and getting little to no help, this location went above and beyond to make it happen! Super helpful!! Their employee, Jack, even offered to stay late to get one put together so it could be delivered on time!! This is not the closest location to our home, but it’s the only one we will go to from now on! Thanks so much!!

Everyone goes above and beyond to help you find what you need. Store is arranged in a way that is easy to navigate.

The staff are always friendly and willing to help out. When I asked if they had more garden hose in the back since I took the last one from the floor. They checked it and took it to the cashier so I wouldn't have to carry it while browsing the store.

I like the small store feel, yet they have a good selection. They have a stihl selection that is petty nice and carry Craftsman as well. I give them a 5 star out of selection and convience.

Ace hardware stores are terrific, and Rick's is no exception! Great people and a huge variety of products. Always my first stop when I need something for the house!

Great one on one service. You can't get this type of service from the Big Box stores

Helpful and usually available staff make the Ace stores preferable to the massive home improvement stores on most shopping trips. An added bonus for coming here is the freshly popped corn to graze on while shopping.
