Brandon the Pharmacist went above & beyond normal customer care to help me get my husband’s RX secured when we were stranded in St. Louis for an extra week for cancer treatment. He was a huge blessing in our dim world at the moment. I am glad angels really do exist in human form! Thanks again Brandon! Doctors are not always as available as they should be but a pharmacist willing to make the calls necessary to reach them is a rare find! You are a rock star Brandon!

Seriosuly best experience ever! I had a long night at work and going through a divorce. My mind has been totally distracted. I realized last night after i got home and put my 2 year old to bed that i was completely out of my medicine and i have epilepsy so its not something i really have an option on going a day without lol (dont worry i live with my parents since the divorce so i didnt leave my son alone lol). I pulled up through the drive through 4 min before the pharmacy hours closed and realized the call i got was just a reminder to refill...not prescription ready. The pharmacist refilled it for me within 15 min and im sure she was ready to go home! She brought it up to the front for me and rang me out. I cant express how appreciative i am for this!! She went above and beyond for me.

The pharmacy staff at this Walgreens is unlike the ones I have experienced at other Walgreens - very friendly and helpful.

A tie tor for the worst place to fulfill a prescription. 50+ minute midday wait in line to pick up a simple prescription that was fulfilled 4 hours earlier. Inefficient and confused our percription on more than one occasion. The location at Baxter and Clayton is just as bad if not worse.

Service very poor especially with pharmacy and drive thru. They make you wait at least 30 minutes before you can get your medicine. I wonder why they don’t shut the drive thru if they cannot handle it. Manager needs to do something about it.

Would not recommend using photo department at this location. Every time I attempt to print photos they never have them. I will receive order confirmation emails and emails stating my order is ready for pick up with the address of the store and they will tell me I don't have an order and they don't have my prints and I will need to reprint. They never have a clue as to what is going on. They have tried to send me to other walgreens locations multiple times as well.

Worst Pharmacy ever! They tried to tell me that my insurance was terminated. When I went online to check it was still active like I said! I think that I would know if my insurance was terminated!!I called a different Walgreens and switched my medication there. I don't have to wait from Friday today until Monday for my sons Epipen! It will be ready in 45 minutes plus my insurance and copay shows up at the other Walgreens. I will never use this location for meds.

Tried to get my film cameras developed here. It’s been over a month and they have apparently lost my film and none of the employees are helpful in telling me where my film is, or if I am even going to get it back. Every time I check back they just quickly look and say “It’s not here”. I ask if they know when it will be ready, They will provide me a date to check back but it is never ready on that day. Film is a hobby I enjoy and I really hope to see my pictures soon. And I hope the entire walgreens staff learns how to step it up in customer service. After this experience I will be going to a professional camera store.

What happened to my Walgreens? My medication was like clock work before and was always ready and now just recently it's never in stock. They don't call you, you have to call them, and when I called and asked about interaction with certain drugs, I was on the phone for 30 mins to finally get someone to say " we'll call you back" and they never called back. Maybe it's new staffing??

The worst Walgreens pharmacy around. Scripts missed or rarely ready when told they would be ready. Poor customer service and apathy are on full display.

The pharmacy is horrible and disorganized. They told us to come back in and hour. I came back three hours later and said they haven’t started working on it yet. They didn’t have to count pills it was medicine in a prepackage bottle. So I stayed and it took another hour and they still couldn’t get it. So he took the prescription to Sam’s and they filled it immediately. This is not the first time we’ve had issues with his Walgreens so I decided to finally write review so others don’t go there. There are to many other good places to fill a prescription.

The customer service for the pharmacy at this location is abysmal. Orders are never ready by quoted times, whether that quote is provided through the automated system or a live human. I regularly have to ask doctors to send scripts multiple times because Walgreens can’t find them. I have never had an order ready on time or a seamless experience. I’m convinced they don’t actually even work on your order until you complain at least three times.

I just don’t understand. I get a text that my Rx is ready, then when I go there is no Rx ready. Why???? Also, if you give yourself an injection, it would be nice to include a syringe to complete. There just aren’t enough staff, makes me a bit leery trusting them .

HORRIBLE Pharmacy!! UNACCEPTABLE!! I'd only started going here about 5-6 months ago since I moved out here, but the Last Straw was this past Mid-February. Now I've worked in customer service, I Understand being busy, but HERE it clearly doesn't matter if they're busy or Not, they just drag their feet & Dont Care! They'll say 20min wait, & set orders aside & Forget about them &/or LOSE THEM (YES, This has happened to me TWICE while Waiting WELL OVER an Hour+ in the Non-busy store for prescriptions! *TWICE* in 2 months!) Then are rude to Me about it & act like I'M putting THEM out by dropping off a prescription! Im always So nice to them regardless, & they're Still Always SO RUDE! I tried to give them Numerous chances & kept going back thinking Maybe it was just an "occasional incident" ...but No, they're just CONSISTENTLY EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL ALL The Time!! Then on my last visit (& it Will Be my LAST -EVER-) the Pharmacist CROSSED THE LINE both Personally & Professionally. She Very Loudly, Rudely, & SO Unprofessionally was demeaning me & discussing my meds & medical info *IN FRONT OF A HUGE LINE OF CUSTOMERS* who Of Course were all listening & staring, watching Shocked while she flat out belittled me because 1 med was the very standard low-dose pain med I was prescribed!! -Asking about my medical conditions & discussing my meds in a very cavillous manner -Deliberately LOUDLY & IN FRONT of So Many people in line behind me!! I wasn't even filling anything very strong or abnormal, Or in large quantities!! JUST TYPICAL CANCER MEDICATIONS!! I just dont understand! She called my oncologist (& my next appt he said He couldn't understand what her problem or issue was & got very aggravated with her attitude on the phone too.) So I just stood there dumbfounded, & kept my mouth shut as she went on Rudely saying she wasn't going to fill the order & was refusing it, & wanted to flag me in the system for future stores. WHY???!! It was SO Bizarre!! My Insurance was good; the Dr. approved everything; I really dont get it!! I felt completely Humiliated!! And NOW thanx to her insane Pharmacy Flag its been a Huge ordeal every time I go to a pharmacy to get my meds filled!! I did NOTHING WRONG (except get the "C" I guess!) I didn't deserve what she did. Its Horrible. She should Know Better! She has NO IDEA what I've gone thru, & I felt Like she was Deliberately TRYING to DEMEAN ME over my Prescribed meds! It was SO Unbelievably HURTFUL, & I dont understand WHY or WHAT caused this HORRIBLY Embarrassing scene & situation!! All I did was drop off the prescriptions my doctor wrote me!! ...[Im SO SORRY if my Cancer Medication disrupts your day.] I am Absolutely Sickened by this pharmacists behavior, AND this entire pharmacy. ...As if ANYONE, much less Terminal, needs That kind of horrible added stress & disgusting unnecessary discriminatory treatment over prescribed medication!😥 NEVER AGAIN WALGREENS!!

Sat on hold on the phone 3 different days for over 45 minutes each time, trying to talk to anyone in the pharmacy about a prescription that needed refilling, and they simply do not answer phone calls. Any time it would get past hold music and actually ring they would just instantly put me back on hold without ever answering or saying a word. I tried doing things online, but there is no way to leave a message there either. They simply do not do customer service/interaction of any kind.
