Economy Car Care Center

Called Economy , got in one day later. My car needed work to pass safety inspection. It was done the same day and i felt pricing was fair.
Would definately reccomend to all!

The guys at economy have made several repairs on our 20+ year old grand Cherokee. They always have provided fast and cost effective repairs. We had a brake issue that they really jumped thru hoops to find the parts and even stayed late to finish it up so we could head out of time that same night.

We love this gem of a repair shop! They offer fair prices and excellent customer service. My neighbor told me about the place. He went to the car dealer for some part and they wanted $700.00 in repair for his new subaru. He went to Economy and they fixed it for $40.00. I was sold and stopped going going to Ballwin Auto Tire.

This is a great place to take your vehicle! they do excellent work and you do not have to wait two weeks. Before you can get your vehicle in the shop in order to get an oil change like the car dealers do.They are very friendly and this is where I take mine and my wife’s vehicle.

They did an excellent job repairing my brakes and putting on new tires. I would go back to them again if I needed anything for my car.

My daughter’s car was making a lot of noise and we called if she could drop it off to get it looked at. Although they were super busy, they knew she had to drive it back to college so they let us to drop it off. Economy Car Care Center stayed late that day to get the car looked at and found a wheel bearing issue which can cause significant problems and safety concerns if she continued to drive it. Knowing she needed the car to drive back to college, they were able to get the car fixed the next day. This is the third car I have had repaired by Economy Car Care Center. I trust them and appreciate their great work.

Smaller shop with very friendly, honest, and helpful people! I appreciated Greg's efforts in helping me understand what was necessary to be fixed on my vehicle to travel for the holidays, and did not feel pressured into other repairs that could wait. I am extremely grateful for Economy Car Care and how I was taken care of from the time I scheduled until I had my car returned. Thank you!

These guys were absolutely amazing! They squeezed me in for an emissions inspection. I called they day before! They were super fast and friendly. They even filled up my tires for me because they noticed the pressure was off, and that was a huge relief because I knew I needed that! I definitely recommend coming here.

Needed State Inspection for my Ford F350 and these guys/gals were able to get me in the next day. They found a couple of issues, fixed them up great and got me on my way. Very friendly, competent staff.

Although I dislike having to have my car serviced, it is always a pleasure to go here. The owner, Marc, is absolutely the best - kind, compassionate, honest, fair, and very hardworking. He also has the best team working for him. All of the guys seem like family and are very friendly. You can tell that they take pride in their work and are happy to be there. Marc and his crew have worked on my vehicles for many years. I have always been treated with respect and questions that I have asked have been answered honestly. In my opinion there isn’t a better place to take a vehicle to have work done. The prices are more than fair and when they tell you that the vehicle will done at a certain time it is always ready at that time or a little earlier. I’m very happy with Economy Car Car.

This was my first time using Economy Car Care. I needed a serpentine belt replaced. They were able to get me in right away and were very reasonably priced. Their communication was great and they even called me with an updated price before they started. Will definitely be using them again.

I have had two wonderful experiences with the new ownership at this place! They are prompt, polite, and the prices are excellent. They seem to do wonderful work. I have a large vehicle (suburban), and the last time I had my oil changed at Valvoline, it was $125 and that was *with* a coupon. Today I took my car to Economy Car Care Center. They were about to close but he said he would stay late to change my oil. It was only $38 and that was with no discount. I have nothing but good things to say about this business! The customer service is top notch.

I only have one visit to this place, so take my review with that in mind, but that experience was about as good as it gets, so 5 stars from me! I have an old car and not a lot of money to sink into it, and it is expensive enough to keep up with when it decides to stop working on its own, but this time it simply failed a safety inspection (from my “regular” shop), and I really could not afford a whole new exhaust system just to get tags. The place that failed me did suggest I find someone to patch it if I needed to save money, but refused to do it themselves. So I left and called around, and as it turns out, not many shops do that anymore. I am guessing that is because 1) corporate policy or 2) they don’t have the skills (or the tools). So I was happy when I called (by chance) Economy and they send bring it in and we will take a look! Same day service and I had to wait no more than 60 minutes if that. They patched my exhaust for a very reasonable cost. If you think about it, it is not that difficult for an experienced welder to weld a few holes over, so why don’t more places do it? Why did Economy do it when others won’t? My opinion was it is because they are a family owned place that understands people, at least that’s the sense I got while I was in there watching them run their business for an hour, and that counts for something in my book! While I was in for the exhaust (and after I got a sense that I could trust them), I showed them everything on my failed inspection report, and they took care of everything for a reasonable cost and sent me out the door with a passed inspection! It was just what I needed in the moment, so they get a review out of me. I think I will head back there again should I need car service, and pass up the old place (nobody wants to go to the car shop, but you want to feel good about it if you do)! The shop itself is bigger than it looks from the road, and seems like a nice space to work in for the mechanics (it’s a nice shop).
