Clarkson Eyecare

First time visiting Clarkson Eyecare and I was very impressed with my experience! The preliminary procedures were quick and simple. The tech was very helpful which I appreciated because I am disabled. Doctor Lorber was very thorough with the exam and spent time asking many questions, offering advice for future procedures. The office staff were also very attentive with my paperwork! I highly recommend this practice!!!

I really like Dr. Lorber! She listens to my concerns about my eye health, and offers best solutions for my specific needs. She’s also very friendly, remembers a lot of personal details, and is overall just a great doctor with a great manner. The optician was super helpful when I chose new eyeglasses, making sure I chose appropriate frames for my hefty lens prescription, but that were still fun and suited me. I’ve had great experiences at this location.

I've been going to Clarkson eyecare for years. They are extremely knowledgeable and always give great service. I just ordered my daughter Peyton's contacts and their representative Brittany was so amazing! She was professional, attentive and actually found me credits I didn't know I had! It's hard to find this type of amazing customer service these days, thank you Brittany you made my day! That girl deserves a raise!

Dr. Klinger is excellent. She is very thorough, explains things in great detail, and has a down to earth and caring personality. Iresli is great at helping with choosing glasses and excellent at getting them fitted properly.

I have to say I was very impressed with their service! They run like a well-oiled machine. As soon as I walked in a lady asked me if she could help me. Her name was Sherry. I saw Dr Lorber I explained what was going on with my eye and she easily diagnosed how to take care of it. She was very nice and professional! 5 stars!!

I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking professional eye care. Everyone from Dr Klinger to techs who did my tests to the tech who ordered my glasses and the scheduling and billing people were not only kind and helpful but also very professional. Always a valuable experience at Clarkson Eyecare. Whitney the technician did a great job while Dr. Klinger is a main reason we go to Clarkson. Had cataracts removed in both eyes by a Clarkson network surgeon earlier this year and couldn't be happier.
