Extra Space Storage

I have rented from these guys several times and it’s always been smooth and easy. They almost always have great deals going as well! The guy I talked to on the phone at the Fenton location was FANTASTIC and helped make everything easy!

I've been renting from Extra Space Storage in Ellisville for over a year now and I'm really happy with my experience -- the facility is well maintained and clean, which definitely puts my mind at ease. Tom is also great -- he was super helpful when I needed to move into a larger unit and on it when I had a question about my account. If you need to store your stuff, I highly recommend Ellisville Extra Space Storage.

Very easy to set up my appointment to view the units, met the rep there, he was great and showed us the available units. The place was very clean, well organized and secure. The price is good, I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Very friendly staff. The space is exactly what I needed when I told them what I was storing. The process took less than a half hour from the time I walked in the door to the time I had access to my locker. The temperature control option is ideal if you’re storing temperature sensitive items! Highly recommend.

Tom was very helpful and very kind to us. Showed us around and helped us find the perfect unit. Best part is there is a drive in.

This facility is super clean and well cared for. It sits on a hill which quite honestly is very peaceful and relaxing. The entrance to the building where the climate controlled units are, is through a keypad code and then a drive into the building which makes it wonderful for loading and unloading without inclement weather getting in the way. Inside the units are very clean. They have platform carts available. The manager was gracious and fair in his dealings with me and that forever I will be grateful. Thank you. And, they do offer locks if you dont have one and a few packing materials like boxes and tape, straps, in case you need them. (Photo is a 5x10 which actually is more like approx 4.6 x 9.6 with very high ceilings like 9’ - 10’ but dont quote me on the height, I didnt tape measure it). 🙂
