Best customer service! These guys (chris?) went to extreme lengths to get answers for me on an issue with using cash app at their store. Wild Bill knew answers before the bank did and tried to help me as much as possible.

were professional, friendly and helpful. I sometimes will go out of my way to pick up something from Wild Bills. Chris and the rest of

Had problem with vape purchased from here..girl behind counter was mean & rude to me so young man had to handle my issue. She needs customer service training. He was great..her not so nice

I recently went into your Livonia store #111 having zero clue what I was doing and what I needed. I was looking for CBD products to help with anxiety. I met your sales person Andrea D. (Andi) she was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable in your products. She set me up with everything I needed and showed me how to use everything. This place is awesome and the staff is just as cool!! With an awesome vape selection and a beautiful new cigar humidor this is about to become the new happening spot! Andi and Jake are great new additions to this store that I've been shopping at for ages!

Great place , very friendly staff with a wide selection of product, have always been greeted with kindness, and have received good discounts on products. Will certainly continue to shop there, they are conveniently located next to a fine grocery store with lots of great parking. Who could ask for more.
