He was thorough, timely, and very friendly… even with a line of customers behind me, he still took the time to make my experience most personal, and not just another shipping business. Very helpful even when busy. New system for Amazon returns, if it fits in the bag provided you can use the self serve station.

Not a bad place for quick shipping. However make sure to prepackage your packages first if not you’ll pay a lot for they shipping supplies. The people there are very friendly and helpful. I go there for all of my shipments.

I've used this UPS Store a number of times and have always received quick and courteous service. The team members are well trained and helpful. I recently needed to send a package to Canada and the employee I worked with went above and beyond. She ensured I had all the correct paperwork completed. Made copies of the paperwork that need extra copies, and had the UPS driver sign a document required by Canadian law and then emailed me the signed copy. The team members at this store are a credit to the business and I will always do my shipping there.

I will no longer go to the Staples store in the same plaza because of their terrible customer service. The UPS store can help me with everything I need and is a pleasant atmosphere.

I have shipped through your location and always found it to be easy and the staff friendly. Today I went to Staples for a print job, and within seconds of poor customer service walked out the door, I recalled that your store was around the corner and did do copy work. I has a great experience from the 1st moment I came in and explained my needs. I then met Rachel Wise, she listened to my needs and quickly worked with me to get my order made, complete and I was back to work from lunch in a timely manner. It is harder and harder these days to find quality customer service, I only hope all of your employees emulate the performance I observed today by Ms Wise.

UPS stores are great at everything they do!

Brought package last Sunday to go outside Boston, MA knowing I was late thinking it'll get there whenever. This wonderful, pleasant, Professional gentleman said it'll be there mid-week. I was shocked. He's like no big deal, it's not that far away. And it was only $13. Last year same package was $22 and 3 weeks through post office. Highly recommend!

I don't understand the "rude" employee reviews. Like most retail/non-career jobs this place is mostly staffed with younger people who's passion probably isn't shifting boxes around; and that's fine. I don't know what people expect. I've usually gotten in and out quickly even with a line, am asked for receipt preferences and once came in with a barely legible(low ink!) label and the girl was nice enough to type it in for me...some locations won't and given how scare office supplies can be I really appreciated this. I'm guessing they're hiring if you guys think you can do a better job.

I recently went to the UPS Store in Clifton Park, and the individual behind the counter, Rachel, was above and beyond in many ways! She even called me to confirm my packages were going to the correct people. She cared enough !! Besides that, she was uber nice and knew all the answers to all the questions I had!! She is GREAT!!

Super helpful. Wonderful customer service - they supplied a quote quickly and gave me shipping options. I had them ship a large framed (with glass) painting across country. The packing job was first rate; the picked it up from an auction gallery and shipped it to me very quickly.

Great help in returning telephones ordered online. I only had a code printed on paper since I don't use a smart phone. No problem for them. They handled it quickly and gave me a receipt which will secure the refund. friendly service and the social distances marked on the floor!

Wish there were more stars~ I compare this store to the several other UPS stores and there is no comparison. I so appreciate the Customer Service here. The young man who assists me is always helpful and WITH A SMILE! Not commonly found among the Customer Service reps of today, especially in the other UPS Stores. I hope the manager knows what he has in his employee.

ANOTHER FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! Every time I come here, which has been quite often through the years, I am greeted enthusiastically and given full attention to my job requests.
