I found the sales help at Kohl's to be very helpful and friendly.
Also there was always someone around in case you had questions. The store was quite neat and there was a great selection of items to choose from. I hadn't been in Kohl's in over a year but I will definitely be going back much more often now.

Kohl’s is a new store experience for me. Staff were extremely courteous, cashier was very pleasant and patient as she walked me through awards program. Store was very clean and selections were awesome. I was initially curious about the store, very happy I visited.

Love Kohls and my Clifton Park Store is my absolute fav-Today 12/30/23 a cashier named Sharon S was particularly kind, patient and helpful with me at the register- she went above and beyond to make my experience a great one- Deb who is often at customer service is also one of my favorites-so positive and helpful in handling any of my returns. These wonderful people and great deals are what keep me coming back to Kohls to do the majority of my shopping! :)

Marcus an associate at Kohls in Clifton Park NY was so very helpful to me today. Answered all of my questions and was so pleasant and helpful. Even helped me navigate the Kohls app on my phone. So nice to shop at a store and have an associate want to be so very helpful.

Return was easy, and sales associate was kind & patient. Love the new self check out, where again the associate was wonderfully helpful with coupons & deals

Came here the day before Christmas Eve in hopes of picking up a present I had just decided on. Unfortunately, the only set left in the color I wanted was the display set, so I went to customer service in hopes I could buy it.

Very chaotic as expected, but the service and assistance I received was incredible.

Ann helped me get the display set and check to make sure it was purchasable and bring it around to the front, and Rachel helped check me out.

I had overheard Ann was about to take her lunch break before she helped me but she still took the time to run down to the kitchen section with me. While we were there another customer came with a question and needed direction to a part of the store; I mentioned to him that I think she was about to take lunch but she took the time to help him anyways.

When I checked out with Rachel, the pan set was missing the ladles & tools (which I didn't mind) but without asking she reduced the price accordingly. That + my account coupon-- I got a great price! Also, they were out of packing paper by then but she looked around and started to grab extra bags to pack the pans safely before I said not to worry.

Those working that day had every reason to be frazzled but both ladies who helped me were amicable and awesome. I love coming to this Kohls! I hope they both had a happy holiday.

I ordered an item online I went to pick it up on a busy Saturday luckily it was self service I didn't have to wait in line grabbed my item and was on my way

I really love Kohls above most other box stores. The prices are decent, the quality is good and their promotional "Kohls Cash" and "Yes To You Rewards" offer up a great deal of savings especially if combined with clearance rack items!
