I'm not a big fan of box stores but they're getting harder to avoid and if you want something like EGO products there aren't many options. There was a discrepancy on my EGO order which took several days and several Lowe's associates to resolve. Luckily on my last trip in I found a person named Mike in the outdoor tools department who made it right within an hour or two. I was initially a bit disappointed but Mike and his team more than made good on the sale and I can easily say I will be going back for my next EGO orders.

Best staff. Very helpful. The merchandise team helped me out when the Lowes Staff member was busy. They were kind, professional and knowledgeable about Lowes products. The staff member who works in paint is A+. Cashiers are personable and efficient. The store had some items on clearance that were unbelievable.

I've been shopping here quite a bit lately as my living room & kitchen have been undergoing renovations. I've replaced 3 ceiling lights, 2 ceiling fans, 4 floor heat vents (so the color matches the new flooring), powder room fixtures, a couple of drawer pulls & a window blind. I also had to replace the sliding glass door in my kitchen, which I hadn't planned on doing. But the sash on the existing one was discovered to be broken & water was leaking into the wall & rotted away some of the subfloor. 😢I've shopped in store, curbside pickup & pick up inside. And I've made returns/exchanges. Can't say I've had a problem.

I just worked w/Jenna to plan an addition to my kitchen. She was exceptional. Thoughtful, knowledgeable and had great planning ideas. Can't wait until I get contractor approval so I can complete my order!!!

Wonderful, I drive an hour and 15 mins. To get the part I needed for our dishwasher. Ordered on line. Picked up item from their lobby lockers.
Had to go in the store for another item and it is clean, organized and big!
I don't think there is not anything they don't have there.

Paint was my goal this shopping trip. There was a good selection on the shelves. I chose 5 gals of primer and 5 gals of flat white. I was able to get them both mixed today. I looked at the ceiling fans.....Wow they had a huge selection today. Over all what you'd expect for a Lowes.

This Lowe's employee, Donna at the returns desk at the Halfmoon store should be employed of the year. What a friendly, helpful, knowledgeable person she is.

Had everything I needed for me to complete the job. Home Depot is slacking they didn't even have 2" PVC.

I've been looking for in line propane fuel filters and they've been out of stock everywhere for a little while now. Finally found them online at Lowe's website and ordered two of them late in the day and got notification early in the morning that my order was ready to pick up. It is the easiest thing to do contact free pickups this way. They give you a scan bar that opens a locker so you just grab your items right at the front door and you're on your way without having to interact with any people or even walk all the way into the store because they're right there at the front entrance. I intend on doing more of my shopping this way whenever I have the opportunity.

Awesome experience at the Halfmoon Lowe’s. Just about to start my first tile job and Maria approached me (saw I needed help) and was super helpful and nice and pointed me in the direction to everything that I needed. Never get that at the other place. That’s why I’ll always come here. Thanks Maria!!

Traditional big box hardware store. Easy to find just about anything. Prices are a little higher than Home Depot. Also possible to order on line and then pick up at the store. Staff is helpful and ready to assist. I picked up a wheel barrow for a landscaping project.

Lowes is my go-to hardware store. The staff are super kind and happy to help you locate items. My most favorite place to wander around is the lowes garden center!

Great store with great selection of products for any home. Staff were very friendly and courteous in asking what we needed and helping us find them. Staff gave suggestions on what we should do to meet our needs. Highly recommend going here for home improvement needs.

We have had a long ongoing issue with a factory warrantee for a large appliance. When we took the issue to Lowes they helped us above and beyond to help correct the issue that wasn’t even their fault. Mark in appliance and the manager I dealt with Tina were awesome.

What an incredible experience. Our dishwasher had broken and I needed a new one so we were just going to look at options and they happen to have a very nice one on clearance. They also had a fridge on clearance and I had been wanting to update the one we currently had anyways. We worked with Mark who was great. Not pushy or trying to get us to buy something more expensive. He was so helpful and honest with us I genuinely could not have been happier.

Fantastic visit today. I found everything I needed in one visit. The store wasn't too crowded and everyone was following the CDC guidelines on social distancing and facemasks. The store was clean and recently swept. I was asked if I needed any help while in the tool area, I didn't catch her name but she helped me find my purchase right away. The cashier was available with no waiting during this visit. I also observed parking available for those who wish to utilize curb side pick up. I plan to return to this location in the near future.

Great staff. Very helpful. Mike one of the managers, answered all my questions. Took me to where things were located instead of just pointing.

Always friendly quick service , quick to help with craftsman tool exchanges and power tool issues. Late night lifesaver on random metric screws.

I want to thank the store manager, a young woman whose name I do remember, for her assistance with helping me resolve an issue with a trailer title. She was very helpful and courteous and saved me a lot of time. Really made my day, even though I know she did not need to help since I purchase the trailer at another Lowe's location. Really good customer service. Kudos to her
